Chapter 1

Danger .

"Oh sweetie, is gonna be ok." My mom hugged me pretending to comfort me as if I was the one crying.

"Yes, mom. I'm gonna be fine." I hug her.

"Oh, god. Yes. Yes. Ok. Go now baby, or y'all are gonna miss your flight. I love you, take care baby." She pushes me into the car but not before hugging me really tight and giving me a kiss on the cheek. "Take care of her Joey." She tells dad.

"Of course Jaime." He smiles. Mom backs away and soon my uncle josh is speeding to the airport.

We arrived just in time at the airport. We take our bags out of the car and pass it through the laser. Pretty soon we're in the airplane ready to go.

After a very long uncomfortable time on the airplane we finally arrived. We get off the plane and quickly get out the bags. They run us through the laser and soon we're out. We go out and meet up with a guy around my age with dark brown hair that fell right above his eyebrows and light blue eyes. He was wearing dark blue jeans and a tight white shirt.

"Welcome back Joey and..."

"Janelle." I smile at him.

"Hayden." He says shaking my hand. His hands where really soft. I probably sound like a creep. We were staring at each other until my dad cleared his throat.

"Uh yeah. Let's go." I felt myself blush. We get on the car. Hayden was driving, my dad in the passengers seat, and I in the back.

About an hour of driving we arrived at what seemed to be Cheshire, England. According to the sign we passed. The neighborhood was beautiful. We arrived at a small yet beautiful house. The outside was brown. We take out bags and head inside.

"Welcome home." My dad smiles. I smile back at him and head inside. The inside was clean. Despite the fact that my dad is a guy and let's face it, guys aren't that clean when it comes to living alone.

"Is beautiful." I say. Right when you entered there was a closet the right. Also the living room was there. If you walked a little further in you could see the kitchen to the left. To the right was a hall that led to my dads room, my room, and the hall restroom.

"There's a restroom in your room. You can use that one." He said leading me to my room. My room was small. It had a small bed in the middle. The walls where a purple color. There was a table on the side of the bed. To the left was the restroom. I couldn't wait to decorate my room. I liked my room. It was small. Small enough to hang my Christmas lights around. It's winter. Christmas is almost here. This will be the first Christmas I'm not going to spend with My mom. I hear a nock on my door and we both turn to see Hayden standing there.

"Um, Joey. Anything else you need before I go?" He asks in his deep British accent.

"Um, yes actually. Can you pick up Janelle tomorrow for school? I have to work early." He asks.

"Sure. Ok, if that's all, I'll be going now." He smiles and walks away.

"Thanks dad. Really." I say hugging him.

"You're welcome." He smiles. He walks out of the room leaving me alone to decorate my room. It was already painted in my favorite color so all I had to do is hang the lights, make the bed, and hang all my pictures. I started right away.

After about an hour I was done.

"Jan- wow it looks beautiful." My dad says walking in my room.

"Thanks." I smile.

"Well, I just wanted to give you lunch money." He says Handing me what seemed to be £10.

"Thanks dad." I say.

"Ok, now sleep. Goodnight." He smiles and walks out shut in the door behind him. I quickly go to the restroom and wash my teeth and face. I'll take a shower tomorrow in the morning. I'm too tired right now. I change into my pjs and go to bed. Of course, before I go to sleep I turn on my laptop and check my twitter.

Message from Jess: Hey, when you see this, message me. (: - Jess.

To Jess: Hey Jess, it's really late here in London, I jus got here but um, I'll try to message you as soon as possible. Goodnight, or afternoon. Haha, love you girly.

I send the message and log out. I turn my computer off and place it on the bed side table. I turn off the light and go to sleep. I hope my first day at school is good. I don't want any enemies.
