I looked up at my ceiling.I had stuck glow in the dark stars there,and was tracing out constellations in my mind.I had found most of the common ones,so I was now looking for the harder ones.I was interupted by someone creeping into my room.Silent as a shadow.I felt the bed sink a little,as Cheshire,or Ches,crawled up the length of the mattress.I pet her now clean fur,I had wrestled with her to bathe her earlier and finally succeeded.She let out a low purr and rubbed against my hand,before crawling under the covers and resting by my side.I sighed.But in the distance,I heard a door slam and I sat up suddenly,Ches shot off,and I crawled off after her.Creeping to the living room,I saw Jeff yelling at somebody.After I peeked further,I saw he was yelling at Alice.Suddenly,a vase flew at the wall as Katey yelled for them to stop.But they didn't stop.They kept going.Eventually,I stepped out from behind the wall and yelled at them to stop to.They ignored me.Both me and Katey started yelling,but they just zoned us out.With all of us yelling,glasses started to break,and fly around the room.Everything was falling apart.I screamed as loud as I could and grabbed Jeff trying to pull him away from Alice.Suddenly,Alice lunged for Jeff,but Katey held her back.With Alice clawing the air like a banshee,and Jeff still yelling,the house was chaos.Sharing a knowing look,at the same time,me and Katey let go of our parents and got in front of them.I pushed Jeff back,while Katey clung to Alice's hands.Jeff shook and glared at me,but I could see appreciation shining in his eyes.Alice had crumpled to the ground crying at shaking harshly.Suddenly,Alice jumped up and went for me.I thought she was attacking me,and I tried to get out of the way,but I was too late.But as it turns out,she was clinging to me in a rib cracking hug.I stood there surprised.My mother,who had left after birth,was sobbing to me.I didn't know what to do.Jeff stood there smiling.Katey was actually smiling at me.When she pulled out of my shoulder,she looked at me with large,scared eyes.She ran up the stairs quickly and shut the door behind her.Jeff jogged up after her after a minute of silence.This left me and Katey there alone.My mouth was still hanging open from the shock.I pulled out of my trance and looked at Katey.She smiled and jogged up the stairs to another room.I went after her,but came into my room,not hers.I flopped on my bed,and put in earphones,connected to the phone on my dresser,and started listening to Perfect Weapon by Black Veil Brides.I fell asleep to the scream of my heros.

******TIME SKIP******

The next morning I woke to Katey yelling to me from the kitchen to come down.I groggily rubbed my eyes and walked to the down.

"BACON!"I squeal,eh hm,yelled.I do NOT squeal.EVER.

I ran over the plate with a mound of piling bacon,and shoved a handful in my mouth.I grinned through the food as Katey rolled her eyes,but had the slightest smile on her face.I ran back up the room and threw on a PTV shirt on,plain black pants,and thick black eyeliner.After looking at myself in the mirror,I changed my hair to a vivid blue with black ends.I walked back downstairs to see Jeff rubbing his eyes and yawning.

"Surp fat-her."I grinned and looked for his reaction.

"Surp Blue Bell."He replied.My mouth hung open,he just called me an ice-cream,HOW CAN I COMPETE WITH THAT!!

Jeff grinned at my reaction and Katey rolled her eyes.I pushed up from my chair and swung my backpack over my shoulder,grabbing my toothbrush,and walking to the sink.

"Kory."Katey yelled my name from the kitchen table.

"Yes?"I asked,walking back.

"There is this girl,her name is Roxxy,don't get on her bad side,ok?"she looked at me with worried eyes.

"Good luck with that."Jeff chipped in.

"DAD!"I growled,"I will try."

"Good,she was absent yesterday,but if I'm correct,she has all classes with us."she said,picking up her bag and heading to the sink with me.

"What's so bad about her?"I questioned

"Well..."she pondered the thought.

"Is she some popular brat?"I sneered,my eyebrow raising.

"No,she isn't very popular,which means she doesn't have anyone to impress,she acts how she wants,and she can be VERY mean."she advised.

"Welp seeya marshmallow ppl."I yelled.

I walked outside in the frosty air.Soon,I reached the barrier and walked through it emerging into the normal world's bus stop.A few minutes later,Katey walked through and fixed her long blond hair and flashed a smile at me.The bus pulled up Katey and I climbed on.

"Katey,seat 15,with Jennett,Kory,seat 21,with Roxxy."The bus driver told us.

Katey shot me a warning look before walking to seat 15.I walked to the seat where a girl with electric pink hair sat with her back up to the window,eyes closed,earphones in,and feet in the rest of the seat.She wore black lace up boots with fake diamond studs,black pants,and a Black Veil Brides shirt,her eyeliner was thick and dark,and she wore black lipstick to top it all off.I heard In the End blaring through her earphones,I guessed it was turnt up full volume.

"In the End,Black Veil Brides."I said,loud enough for her to hear.She blinked and looked at me with a quizzical expression.

"Errm."she mumbled.

"I was told to sit here."I explained.She groaned but put down her legs,and pulled out one of her earphones.

"You listen to the "emo" music."she asked.

"Well,yes."

"Hrhp."

"What was that for?"

"You are probably just some "fake emo" brat"she hummed

"Bite me then."I growled.

"What?"

"Bite me,I am no "fake emo" or whatever you call it."I snarled.

"Whatever."
