*3 weeks earlier (When Gina's P.O.V ended)*
*Gina's P.O.V*
I freeze.
What should I do? What if it's Sierra, but what if it isn't? What if somethings happened to her? She's my best friend I don't know what I would do if anything happened to her.
There's a second knock. I know I can't leave it, so I slowly walk to the door, take off the latch and open the door.
*P.O.V change, Sierra's P.O.V*
Why isn't she answering the door? Maybe she's asleep or maybe she forgot. I decide to knock a second time, perhaps she didn't hear me? I hope she's okay!
I hear the sound of footsteps, then the fumbling of the latch and finally the door opens.
*Joint P.O.V, Sierra and Gina*
I throw my arms around her and embrace her into a hug, I'm so grateful that she isn't mad at me. But what about Ramin and the others, what if they're mad?
What am I going to do *sigh* why can't this all just be a huge dream which I could wake up from, just a trick, an optical illusion?
Why can't life be normal, everyday would be so much simpler if I had a normal life. Why is my life a constant battle between reality and pretend? I'm beyond exhausted with the war raging inside of me, I just wish there was a way to silent the storm, to make my reality normal.
*Gina's P.O.V*
I contemplate asking Sierra about Ramin before going with my instincts and avoiding the whole situation, I just wish she knew how much it hurts to see her like this when there's so little I can do.
