"Geeze Lisa, what have you done!?!" My dad yelled.
I looked around I saw dad who sat with the doctor and another lady who was crying on the phone.
"Miss...it would be appreciated if you could let us know how you feel, where does it hurt?" The doctor assessed me.
"It..it doesn't hurt I just feel a little uneasy, I think I just need some fresh air,"
"Shall I call a nurse to escort you to the Winter Garden Courtyard?" The doctor asked as he picked up the phone.
"Thanks but I can escort myself,"
I walked to the courtyard and I sat by a long mirrored fountain which let the light bounce around. I saw my reflection and understood why the doctor was so worried about me I was a mess.
Suddenly my locket fell into the pond. I managed to fish it out and saw that the clasp had been damaged.
"Mr Anonymous,"
I gasped, he had not wanted to kill me just to get my locket, but why?
That reminded me, he never took the money so right now there was $600 laying in the clearing.
I got in a taxi without any money knowing that as soon as I got out at the clearing I could pay the driver for my $20 ride as well as a $5 tip.
"Just one second," I said as I reached out for my money.
I paid him and gave him my address.
"WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU, YOU CAN'T JUST WALK OUT OF HOSPITAL LIKE THAT LISA!"
"Dad, calm down I'm at home not a club!" I yelled.
The line ended. There was only so far into a conversation a pay phone could take you.
I picked up my cash and a letter feel out of it.
