Too Late
She stands there as she watches her heart hang now lifeless and torn. He did it he caused this to happen hitting her heart for the final time. It's now completely shattered and lying on the ground her heart can't be mended so easily now. With all its cuts and gashes it can not possibly be fixed. She falls to the ground now lifeless as well. He caused this, he caused her death and now the people she was close to will be in pain because he hurt her.
It's been a few years, and he realizes that he loves her. So he go's to her home with a ring to ask for her hand in marriage, He has no clue that she's gone. He knocks on the door getting down on one knee. A woman in her young twenties answers the door. As he looks up he sees her and stands. He asks the woman where his love is only to find out that she has been dead for several years.
Crying her leaves home to his lonely one.
He was too late.
