*screw tenses(sorry) will do each chapter in either Dan or Phils pov*

Dan's P.O.V
We were going to an amusement park, Phils idea of course, so being outside was obligatory. Fun

I wasn't not excited I just wasn't as excited as Phil, but that's something I've always loved about him. His undying childish viewpoint on things like this. So if I can see Phil that happy and only have to suffer a few hours outside then I can do that, no problem.

So off we went. We left at like 8'oclock which was awful and then had to travel another half an hour, but I liked being with Phil so again was no problem. I guess.

We finally got there and Phil gave me one of those beautiful smiles that made his eyes shine that never fails to melt my heart and made everything not seem so shit.

Eventually we got in and ,it's a rare occasions to see Phil run, Phil ran to the bumper cars. Following up on a previous oath to not say no to anything I wandered over to him, exaggerating the slowness to tease him and to save my self once I got there Il0 got into one of the miniature carts and waited for it to start.

This isn't as bad as I thought

I yelled over to Phil as I smashed my cart into his hoping he'll hear me over the mechanical reving of the ride.

I told you

Phil shouted back and almost as soon as he finished saying those words the cars soon stopped and we had to get out.
The next "ride" was the haunted house and needless to say I felt in my element as we walked through the tall, rusty gate covered with spiderweb towards the ,clearly fake, house a little way further and ,despite being 27, Phil was physically shaken already and we hadn't even entered the door.

When we did go through the door it was nearly pitch black with an cliché soundtrack in the background I would've rolled my eyes in annoyance if a hand didn't vice itself into mine. I casted a hesitant glance in phils direction before relaxing into the feeling, attaching feelings that wasn't really there.

That was shit

I say as we escape the cardboard jumpscares and mechanical screaming into the painfully bright sunlight

It was terrifying,

Phil replied still griping my hand

What are we going next

He finished, recovering almost instantly and turning to face me, I looked into his eyes and found myself speechless like I always do, to cover up I shrugged my shoulders and looked around aimlessly. Suddenly I felt another pull on my hand and was flown in error direction on a roller coaster. Now we're talking

We lined up for nearly 20 minutes which left us to talk about, well anything, I do love those conversations, we slowly got to the front and this time instead of nerve wracking fear Phil was unbelievably excited and I couldn't help but stare at him, how beautiful he looks when his smile meets his eyes like that. We sat in the thickly cushioned seats and pulled the security bar over our heads and within the next 5 minutes we were off the speed of it whipped our hair back, round the hoops and up the rails and then it was over. We stationed and the bar clicked back up allowing us to stand up. I went to get up but was pulled back down by an anchor otherwise known as Phil who had ,yet again, tangled his fingers between mine and ,yet again, I wasn't going to move. Maneuvering to get up with the added weight of Phil I exited the ride and made way for the car park, still hand in hand, when we reached our car I faced Phil to see if he was OK by lifting his chin with my now free hands. Instinct kicked in and I leaned forward, gently placing my lips on his before pulling back to assess his reaction but before I had a chance to move he pulled me back and kissed me again, the attached feelings before became a reality and I melted into the mold of his body but it finished almost as soon as it started and we were left panting in the car park. Phil opened the door at sat down clearly waiting for me to get in. Tonight was gonna be fun...
