Is she gone?

It was 22 December. Winter solstice. The gods were assembled on mount Olympus. The six demigods (Leo excluded) along with Chiron, Rachel, Reyna and Nico were whispering in unimaginably low voices. Leo and Calypso were in Egypt, criticizing pyramids now that calypso was free. Chiron was paying attention to what was happening on Olympus (supposed to be a council). Jason and Piper were planning a double date with Percy and Annabeth. Rachel was talking with Reyna and occasionally Nico joined them.

"Nooooo!!!!!!!!!!!"A voice wailed, everyone was silent for a moment but recognizing the voice and were back to their chattering. The throne room shattered. Ares toppled off his throne. Aphrodite's hair was a mess. Poseidon's trident was lying on the floor. Hephaestus's machine malfunctioned and blasted, painting his and Dionysus's face with oil and metal soot. Demeter's crops failed and Hades's crown of darkness fell to the floor revealing his not too sophisticated costume. Seeing all the gods, all the demigods were laughing their heads off. Hera was wailing and when everyone saw the cause it made them roll over with laughter.

On the throne where normally sat the god of lightning and storms was a half disintegrated body, only with a head and chest which looked like Zeus. Everyone was surrounding him and an ugly wailing Hera. His chest was slowly........slowly..........disintegrating and his head was hovering over his throne.

"No.....Zeus.......dont.......my family!!!!!"Hera wailed. Now only an eye could be seen and then he was fully disintegrated. There was a weird silence and Hephaestus spoke "There mother, there goes your husband and the title of your 'oh so perfect family' "Hera wailed even louder than before. Poseidon was grinning and Aphrodite was trying to make her hair as they were before. Ares was busy looking at Aphrodite. Jason was literally flying, Annabeth was jumping up and down and Percy was trying to calm her. Chiron was trotting with Rachel on his back. Piper was criticizing her mother's hair with a mischievous glint in her eyes, "Oh mom! Your hair is so disgusting!" "Argh!"Aphrodite screamed.

"I, Queen Hera, Goddess of marriage and fertility, announce that I can't live without my husband and my perfect family is gone. This is the announcement of my disintegration."

Everyone was staring in shock at her. And with a pop sound Hera disintegrated. Half a minute passed in utter silence and then as if it was Christmas everyone was hugging each other. The look on Annabeth's face was so priceless that Percy thought she was planning to throw a party and would even invite Gaia. In the middle of this little celebration, Zeus's head popped in the centre of the throne room.

He said "Is she gone?"
