All of the anime that I have seen all have great animation (besides Leviathan's CGI issue). All occasionally mess up within the show if you pay attention. I'm talking to you Chuunibyou. No ones leg can bend like than and Dekomori how and the heck did you lift your elbows that high? Point is all animations have their mistakes.
I haven't gotten very far in Fate Stay Night, but I have to say if I have to pick one with the nicest animation. I would probably be this one. I think I'm on episode three or four.
