Every year, an angel falls from Heaven. It's never expected and no one ever knows who it will be. Most of the time, the angel that falls is one of a lower importance. But worst of all, that angel can never come back to Heaven, no matter what they do. Never once has an angel that was popular amongst everyone disappear to never be seen again.
