"So are you guys almost done with your homework?" I questioned.
"No", said Chelsy
"Not me", said Liam.
"Same." Said Kati.
"Ugh! Hurry up, I'm already done." I explained. My friends and I are all hanging out at school; I'm not so sure what time it is but last time I checked it was 5:00 pm. It's been about an hour so about 6:00 pm, but anyway our school isn't that different from other schools. We just have the tall navy blue lockers all along the walls of the hallways, with some sections for doors to the classrooms in between them. All the hallways just make a big square starting at the entrance, and ending at the gym. The floors are white tiles and the walls are white too, so as I said before its just a boring old high school.
"Hey guys, I think we should start getting back home before it gets to dark." My best friend Kati said.
"Ya I agree with Kati, lets go." I jumped in.
So we gathered up our stuff and started walking. As we were about to turn the corner and leave school grounds I said: "Oh, no!"
"What?!?" Everyone screamed in unison.
"I forgot my phone in my locker." I replied.
"Really Rachel, you had us all worried because you left your phone." Liam said.
"Sorry, but I need it to call someone for a project that's due tomorrow."
"Aright we'll wait for you, but hurry." Said Kati.
"Ok!" I yelled back at them as I started running towards the school.
When I finally reached the school I burst through the doors and instantly stopped.
Something was wrong.
