I started my new job yesterday and it was so much fun I feel like when you work at a place you feel passionately for you do better and like being there and that's why I applied at Starbucks! Dougie stayed at his aunties house and played with them all day. But today is his big day he starts kindergarten and I'm so super excited for him to make friends he's kind of a lonely kid.
His first day went amazing and he even made a friend hallelujah🙏🏻 her names Katie and Katie and her mom are coming over tonight for dinner. This should be interesting because I've never socialized with kids parents before this whole situation is new for me! I'm making macoroni and cheese cause that's the only thing I can make but kids love it so I guess I'm good. "Dougie boy Katie and her mom and dad are here come here please" I yelled out to dougie dougie came running over and I don't think I've ever seen his face so joyous! "Welcome in" I say with a pleased smile "I'm Dylan dougies mama" " nice to meet you Dylan I'm Brenna and this is my husband Donald and our daughter Katie were so pleased to be here" she said with a big smile the first thing I noticed about them was how clingy Brenna was she was acting like I was gonna steal her man I am a little older then her but I'm not a cougar or anything so she shouldn't worry! We go and sit on our sofa and I light the fire place the kids go play and we start to make small talk and I can't help but notice Donald look over at me every couple second even when his wife is talking. I'm getting this vibe that he's hitting on me but Brennas so fricken clueless she doesn't even notice. Everything he says is kind of like him sending me notes that say I like you but who knows. I mean he is a attractive yellow blond shaggy hair blue eyes fabulous lips and he's dressed super fancy too. Something that I'm totally not used to because my lay boyfriend didn't wear clothes and was grey and so wrinkly oh darn it I thought bout him again I really need to stop! We started to talk about our jobs and I tell them I'm a barista at Starbucks and make the best frapachinos but he doesn't give a shit about me all he cares about is his hope to win the presidential run what a jerk. But something about that jerkiness makes me feel attracted to him even more so I start to flirt back and that dumb wife of his is even more clueless she's not even caring what me and him are talking about she's just looking at her reelection in her phone fixing her perfect long brown hair and when I say long I mean super long like who could even care for that much hair she's probably got a hair butler or something! " so Brenna what do you do while your husbands out making America great again ?" I ask with a big fake smile on my face while I'm secretly heart eyeing the sexy man beside her! " well I am actully a nuro surgeons assistant! I love my job I get us coffe and read magazines its honestly great!" When she opened her mouth that time I almost had to plug my ears I might have to fake sick so I can get her out of my house cause that voice is so annoying I don't know how I'm gonna sit though our Mac and cheese feast especially with 4 years olds when they take years to eat!
