At 10:00am Ash opened her eyes and noticed that Angie was still asleep, so Ash just laid there with Angie's arm around Ash's body. Finally, after about 5 minutes Angie opened her eyes, and Ash turned around onto her right side looking Angie in the eyes she whispered "good morning, my friend." Ash said smirking slightly, Angie looked at her and said "good morning, my best friend." Ash had turned back on her left side and they just laid there for a few minutes, there bodies pressed together, and then, Ash said to Angie "are you hungry?"
" yes i need food in my life."
" ok lets go get some" Ash said as both girls were geting out of the bed, they walked downstairs, and into the kitchen, Dan and Phil were making pankakes and Wil was at the chouch eating, " good morning dads." said Ash,
"Good morning my child." phil said
"Good morning Mr. Howell and Mr. Lester." Angie said
"Angie, don't call us that, just call us Dan and phil." Dan said
"Ok, Dan" Angie said, as Phil was fliping the golden pancakes on to the plates, the girls got their food, and sat at the dinning table, Angie sat at the red chair and Ash sat at the orange chair, which were across from each other, after they sat they started to talk, "yesterday was really fun" Ash said
"I had fun too" angie said "i never wanted it to end, i wish that i didnt have to go back home, its so much fun spending time with you, and being in the home of my youtube idols, its just the best." then, Angie got a call she picked up the phone, "hello?" she said
"Hello, is this angie lesmont?"the stranger said,
" speaking"
" im Dr.brown, your mum got in a car accident in town, she is seriously hurt, we are doing the best we can to save her, i would suggest you to come to the hospital as soon as possible, have a good day ms. Lesmont."
"Ok you too" Angie said as she hung up the phone "i cant belive this!" she said,
"What happened?" Ash said
"My mum got in a car accident,shes at the hospital, we have to go see her, i cant let another parent die without seeing them."
"Oh Angie, what happened to your dad?"
"He died from a brain tumor 3 years ago, i was at school, i came home and my mum broke the news, the last time i saw him, it was at his funeral, i cried for weeks, the rest of year 9 was, a living hell for me, thinking about looking into that coffin,and seeing the lifeless, body of my dad just laying there,it was horrible."
" well then, lets get up and go, ill come with, to be with you every step of the way, i won't leave your side ok." Ash said as she went in for a hug, "i will never leave you."so, the girls said their goodbyes and went. Once they got to the hospital, they told the woman at the desk that they were here to see Angies mum, so, they went to the waiting room until the doctor came out to see them, then, a few minutes later, the doctor came out of the Main part of the hospital, walked over to the waiting area and said "Where is Angie Lesmont?"
"Right here" Angie said standing up, following her Ash grabbed her hand
"Whos this?" the doctor said
"Shes erm... my girlfriend"Angie said
" yeah" Ash said going along with what was happening, the doctor took them to the part of the hospital were Angies mum was, the doctor walked over to were the girl's mum was, opened the curtain and there she was, with a oxygen mask, needles full with medicine, and hooked up to a heart monitor, Angie covered her mouth with her hands and said "oh my god, mum!" Angie ran over to her, and grabbed her mum's hand, "Angie i'm going to be ok i'm fine."
"But mum look at you, you are not fine."
"Trust me Angie im fine okay?"
"Okay mum." Angie said with a smirk, as the girl stood up, Ash ran over to the girl and their hands intertwined, and Angies mum said "and whos this girl Angie?"
"Mum this is Ash, shes the girl i told you about, like one of the reasons why we came to london."
"Oh thats right nice to me you sweetheart." Angies mum said
"nice to meet you too ms.lesmont."Ash said, when one of the doctors came in and said,
"Hello im so sorry to interrupt but, your x-rays came in ms. Lesmont would you like to see them?"
"Of course doctor." Angie's mum said
"Well it seems that you have 3 broken ribs on you left side, and a punctured lung also on your left side, so, we will have to get you into surgery, as soon as possible." the doctor stated
"Ok doctor whatever you say" Angies mum said, as she was taken to the operating room. Angie and Ash follwing behind the doctors. As they got to the entrance of the operating room, Angie started to cry, she said, "mum, i dont want to lose you but, if i do i just want to say, thank you, for everything." Angie gave her mum a hug and her mum said " Angie, you wont lose me, and if somthing does happen, stay with Ash, she seems very trustworthy."
"Ok mum i love you."
"I love you too sweetheart."Angies mum said as she was wheeled in and Angie fell into Ashs arms, weak, crying, she felt lost with only the slightest bit of hope, but also, enjoying the warm embrace of being held in Ashs arms, the warmth, the comfort, maybe she didnt feel so lost after all.After a few minutes Ash said "we can stay like this for as long as you want, we can go back to my house and ask my dads if you can stay another night okay?"
"O-okay." Angie said, Angie slowly pulled way from the hug, and said to Ash "thank you for being by my side i couldnt ask for a better friend." then, Angie gently pushed Ashs black and blue colored hair behind her right ear, and said " i think we both know whats going to happen right now" and she slowly pressed her lips against Ashs, it was like none of this happened and it was just them, together, embracing each other's warmth, all their worries had been forgotten, everything felt happy.
