Suffocate

Let your sorrow fill my lungs.
Use me to climb up high
Like ladder rungs.

Let your pain rest on my chest;
Watch it crush me
Like the ultimate test.

Break yourself against my bones;
Don't spare a thought for me,
And how it makes me feel.
I know that you won't see,
How it feels to be real.

So break yourself against me;
Make me watch you kill yourself.
I know how painful it can be,
When you forget what you're making me see.

Let your sorrow fill my lungs.
Blind to the pain in me,
I'll pretend it never stung.
