Melinda turned over in the cot she had in Zoe and Madison's room already dressed for the day. Something had crawled into her bed the night before and since she couldn't find it, she asked to stay with the girls which they agreed to. She had partially returned to her cover act but just enough to make the girls think she'd be fine. Hearing a knock on the door she sat up only to see Madison stand up and move to the door in just underwear and a bra.

Opening the door revealed Cordelia, "I expect you... three down for morning gathering."

"Shall I come in this?" asked Madison making Cordelia look at her disapprovingly before leaving earning a grin from Madison before she turned and went to finish getting dressed passing Zoe who was looking up info on Kyle. "My God. Get over it already."

"He spent his summers volunteering for the United Way," defended Zoe before seeing the sad look that past Melinda's face as she stood up.

"Ah, he should be canonized," mocked Madison.

"How can you be such a bitch?" asked Zoe.

"Because I understand people," said Madison. "And that guy? He would have happily taken a turn on me if he had the chance."

"Kyle wasn't like that," defended Melinda.

"I agree, that's bullshit," agreed Zoe.

"Those guys were his frat brothers. It's guilt by association," stated Madison.

"He had nothing to do with it. He didn't have control over the boys in his frat," stated Melinda standing up and leaving.

"Melinda's right. I don't accept that," said Zoe looking back at the computer screen.

"Look, for the sake of peace among roommates, I'm sorry I killed your boy candy, ok. I'll apologize to Melinda downstairs," said Madison knowing that Melinda was worse off than Zoe. "However, given your Black Widow status, he was living on borrowed time anyways."

Queenie was giving her story of why she ended up at the Coven making Melinda giggle a bit. As she got to the end Nan asked,

"Did they actually send you to jail?"

"No. No one had actually seen me throw the oil but it made the local newspaper and that's how Ms. Cordelia found me," answered Queenie.

"You didn't want to join us at first," added Cordelia.

"I grew up on white girl shit like Charmed and Sabrina the Teenage Cracker. I didn't know that there even were black witches. But as it turns out, I'm an heir to Tichawa. She was a house slave in Salem. She was the first to be accused of witchcraft. So technically, I'm part of your tribe," explained Queenie earning a smile from Melinda.

"Is this where we all sing Kumbaya?" mocked Madison.

"Bitch, I will eat you," threatened Queenie standing up before Cordelia stood to stop her.

"Hey, hey, hey! Hey, you guys have got to start taking care of each other. We have enough enemies on the outside," calmed Cordelia when Spalding entered with two men.

"Mrs. Foxx?" asked one of the officers.

"Yes?" asked Cordelia.

"Detective Sanchez, NOPD Homicide. This is my partner, Detective Stauss," introduced one of the officers showing his badge.

"What's this about?" asked Cordelia.

"We'd like to have a word with three of your girls," stated Detective Sanchez.

Entering a different room, Melinda, Zoe and Madison were sat down.

"When a movie star like you shows up at a sorority house, people are gonna pay attention to where you go and with who. Lot of people saw you go into a back room with some of the guys on the bus," said Detective Sanchez.
