Night #9

Dad was, unknowingly, in the “stars” on the couch watching TV. He heard something in the kitchen and got up. The laptop screens comes on and we hear some type of noise coming from it…a typical laptop noise…not a scary paranormal noise. Dad did something on the laptop and the noise stopped. He walked away but the sound started again. He leaned in to the laptop. A shadow ran behind him. He heard something. He turns around. Mom's knife falls down and land straight up. He’s…dumbfounded! Mom came downstairs and apologised and asked him to come back to bed. He tried to explain the knife but she just wanted him to come back upstairs. Dad gave up and went upstairs.
