I enjoy putting on that mask now.
Because that mask,
stays on most of the time.
All of the regret,
sorrow, bitterness, sadness and anger
that is inside me, is all hidden behind that mask.
The mask is my true best friend
for it is always there with a smile
wether I'm right or wrong. No one can ever take off the mask,
except for me.
But the choice is mine.
I keep it on
for the sake of people I know and may love.
If I burned the mask never to be seen again,
no one would ever see that beautiful smile of mines.
I probably would be antisocial too.
The mask is my best friend,
the mask is now me.
