Chapter 2

I jumped awake and fell off my bed as Bandit yelled "WAKE UP!" and jumped on me. "Bandit, down." Lyn-z said picking up Bandit "Im so sorry, Rae.". "Its okay, Kayla would do the same to be completely honest." I laughed getting up and stretching. "Gerard is planning to take you girls to the music store. Have fun!" Lyn-z smiled and exited my room, closing the door I chose a pink sweater that said "Normal Is Boring", some skinny jeans with black converse.

I jumped downstairs, seeing Gerard and Kayla sipping coffee and laughing about something. Kayla was wearing a Revenge era shirt, skinny jeans, with her Jack Skellington socks on. I felt a little uncomfortable knowing what happened to Gerard during that era. I decided not to bring it up. "Well there is our Sleeping Beauty." Kayla laughed, ruffling my hair. "Oi. Not the hair." I say, knowing how much she loves to mess up my hair, which gets on my nerves. She knows it takes me a while to get it the way I want. Gerard chuckled and smiled. I went to the living room and flopped on the couch to where Bandit was, playing with her toys. "Hey sassy stuff. Watchya doin?" I say looking at Bandit, who has Gerard's pink scarf and her princess tiara. "Just playin around." She says, smiling a cheeky smile. I remember when I was her age. I thought everything was okay. I thought my parents actually loved me.

"Rae? You okay?" Kayla says, snapping me back to reality. I totally forgot that I was zoning out, forgetting the life I had in front of me. I mean, I have two sisters, My parents are Gerard and Lyn-z Way, I couldn't ask for more. "Oh yeah, Just left Earth for a bit." I smiled. Lyn-z walked in, "Well welcome back to Earth, Rae. Gerard is planning to leave for the music store in a few minutes so make sure you and Kayla are ready." She says, kissing mine and Kayla's heads. We ran to the door, as if we were trying to escape from something. "SHOTGUN!" I call. "Nope your sitting in the back with Kayla." Gerard teased, sticking his tounge out. Kayla and I both stuck our tounges out back at him.

"WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GIVE RAE THE AUX CORD" Kayla exclaimed. I scoffed, "Your one to talk. You'll just play MCR." I crossed my arms. Gerard chuckled "Want some ice for that burn, Kayla?". "Oooh double burned." I laugh. I plug in the aux cord and start to play Twenty One Pilots. "Meh nemes blurreh face and I cure whet chu think." Kayla sang, mocking Tyler. I rolled my eyes.

Gerard pulled up to the store, and right when he parked, Kayla and I darted into the store, giggling uncontrollably. We rushed to the piano and we started to play it (A/N- The song above is what they are singing/playing. Kayla is singing Sally's part and Raven is singing Emily's part.)

We finished the song and looked up to see people surrounding us with their cameras recording us. "Uh.." we both said. We began to laugh and got up. Kayla wanted to playbass and was on her knees begging Gerard to get a bass.

"C'mon dad! Mom can teach me!" Kayla whined

"Fine.. Rae? Want something?" Gerard asked me. I already had a ukulele kit in hand, grinning like a mad man.

Gerard had got Kayla's bass and my ukulele. We both walked out happily to the car.

"We are baaaaack!~" Kayla sang "MOM I GOTTA BASS! CAN YOU TEACH ME TO PLAY?!" She ran to Lynz. I rolled my eyes and went upstairs to see Bandit in my room, sitting on the floor. She had a familiar toy in her hands. My stuffed bunny, Lyric. "Hey Bandit, I see you found Lyric." I laugh sitting next to her. "Sorry Rae... I was bored so I went to your room and found this!" She said. "Well... you can have her. She was really special. Now she is yours." Bandit grinned. "Thank you!!" She said, hugging me. "Your welcome, Bandit.".
