Flash back

I was coming back from the trap with Dula, i was now heading to Adelaides house. i checked my watch it read 1:00am.

"Shit" i mumbled knowing that the doors in Adelaides house was locked and her parents and her were sleep. "Ill catch you later" I said as I got out.

I walked to the front door, i stuffed my hands in my pockets looking for the key. I finally found it and opened the door, it was pitch black, i walked around looking for the stairs bumping into some things on the way, I heard a voice.

"H-hello" i stood by the steps frozen, then a light clicked on exposing Adelaide. She spotted me "Joshua?" "Hey addy" i said coming up the steps, She took my arm and dragged me to her room. Once we got in there she closed the door.

"What the fuck?!" she said angry, "What?" "Where were you? you know if my parents would've woke up it would've been both of our asses" she explained. "Man whatever" i said as i walked out her room.

As i walked into the guest room i seen Adelaides dad come out, "Joshua?" i sighed "Yo?" i stood there, "What the hell are you doing up?" "Dont worry about it" i said getting annoyed. "Excuse you, but you're staying in my fucking house", I really aint in the mood for this old man to be coming at me. Adelaide came out "Dad whats going on?" "Adelaide get your friend before i do" i cocked my head back "Nigga you aint gone do shit" , He stepped closer to me. "Adelaide you better get yo dad" "No, dad its okay ill handle it" she said as she pushed him back. "Joshua you got some nerve coming up into me and my parents house disrespecting us" she said putting her finger in my face.

I was in shock, i would never think Adelaide would turn on me. "Get ya finger out my face" i said annoyed. "Fuck you, you come in here thinking this is your house, does this look like your house? no it doesn't .

You don't have all this nice shit! So if i was you i would be as nice as possible to someone who's trying to help you out, you need to remember you're under the upper hand" she said upset. i clenched my jaw, "You know what, you're right.

Fuck this I'm out" i said as i got into the guest room and packed me and  Brea bag. "Dont forget about you coming in here drunk and high for the past couple of days, and us having to take care of your sister when she's up at night looking for her damn brother" she yelled as she slammed her door.

I threw me and Brea clothes into the suit cases aggressively, i zipped them up grabbed them and Brea.  I headed out the door and called Dula.

3 months later

Adelaide was now 3 months pregnant and some weeks after all those doctor trips and shit we finally knew she was actually pregnant. Adelaide told her parents about her pregnancy a couple weeks ago, they really didn't show any emotion whatsoever.

Adelaide was out getting some things for the nursery which was at my house, her parents want the baby at their house which is defiantly not going to happen.

I was out with Dekari going back to the trap so i could get some work to sell. "Wassup with you my nigga?" Dekari asked me, "Shit you know nothing much, tryna get ready for my baby man" i said looking out the window.
