A scorpio could either have the best life ever, or they could have the worst life ever. It depends on how they feel. If they are loved and kept away from all of the haters, they will be pretty happy.
Otherwise, If people betray them they can get pretty nasty, they could be crabby, and start to lose interest in pretty much everything. I'd rather be a good friend to a scorpio.
