A/N:

We are doing a christmas chapter to this story it mainly a separate chapter all together. After this chapter we will go back to the main story.

We had just gotten out of school for the holidays, so we decided to go stay at the Kaiba's place for the holidays which is going to be fun.

The sun shines bright through the window of kaiba mansion with a soft snowfall. Yugi is the first one awake, so he heads to the kitchen to drink. He grabs the carton of orange juice and a glass. He fills a glass up and begins drinking when Joey walks in the room.

Yugi: Morning Joey!

Joey: Morning Yug.

Joey raids the fridge for milk and goes into the cupboards for a bowl and cereal. He sets it up and sits across from Yugi. Yugi takes a sip and Joey takes a bite of his cereal . They sit in silence for a few minutes.

Joey: So Yug, I heard that you can't stop looking at Kayku Asyuki in class.

Yugi spits his orange drink and gasp for air.

Yugi: How do you hear about that?

Joey: I know someone in that class. So you do like her?

Yugi: Well... I'm not sure actually. I have feelings for her, but I also got feelings for Yami.

Joey: I think you should follow your heart. You should go with who you love more.
When
Yugi: Thanks Joey, that really helped me decide. Also, can we keep it between us?

Yami is entering the kitchen

Joey: Sure Yug.

Yami: Sure about what?

Yugi and Joey had a shocked faces on them.

Yugi: Oh nothing..I was just asking if Joey wants to come over for New Years.

Yami: Oh alright.

Yami walks of leaving the two with an embarrassing look on their faces.

Joey sighs

Joey: That was a close.

Yugi: No kidding.

Everyone comes down into the kitchen. Kaiba makes hot chocolate for everyone before they go to the living room to open gifts. When that was done, they all went to the living room where there was tons of Christmas decoration. The wind seems to blow the snow hard. It hit the window as if it may break. The room was completely decorated with stockings by the fireplace and a huge Christmas tree fully decorated with various coloured bulbs and Tensiles. The Christmas tree had a golden guardian angel. They all sit down and have a sip of their hot chocolate. All of a sudden, a blizzard occurs causing a power outage to domino city. Kaiba's mansion light flick off causing them all to panic and be confused.

Kaiba: Everyone calm down. Everything will be alright. There is flashlight in the other room. Joey, help me find them.

Joey: Alright, I'll help you.

Joey and Kaiba leave the room to look for the flashlights. Everyone else sits there bored out of there minds.

Yugi: What do you want to do to kill time?

Yami: Hey, can't we use our phones. They should still have battery? Everyone scrambles for their phones.

Tristian: Well, my phone battery is dead.

Malik: Mines about to die.

Jack: I should have full battery still.

Jack opens his phone and powers it on, yet it doesn't turn on.
