(Y/N) pov
I was waiting for Kaneki to come back from hunting.It was our 1st anniversary and we were planning to go to the park for a moonlight walk. It may sound a bit cheesy but I just felt like it at the moment. He is a bit late but that doesn't present a big problem,he likes to have a couple of extra bites here and there, at least that's what I thought until he entered the door covered in his own blood."Kaneki what in the world happend!!??"i said with concern.Kaneki simply grinned and said"No time to talk. We have to get out of here"There was a loud crash heard in the distance when he grabbed my hand and started pulling me outside of the house and into the streets.
Kaneki's pov
I grabbed her hand and started pulling her towards the park."Where are we going?"she asked,"You will see when we get there."I answered with a small smirk. I just can't believe how beautiful she is, even when she's scared.
(Y/N) pov
While we were running I tripped slightly twisting my ankle. I tried ignoring the pain but it got too bad."Kaneki we need to stop my leg hurts."i said.He came closer to take a better look to my ankle."Can you walk?"he asked i simply nodded my head.We started walking.My ankle really hurts but i tried to ignore it again.
Kaneki's pov
I noticed that she was getting slower "Does your ankle hurt really that much?"i asked and she looked at me and said "I-it hurts but i can bear the pain."I got closer to her and picked up bridal style without another word.
(Y/N) pov
"W-w-what are you doing"i stuttered a little as I felt my face heat up slightly."You cant walk besides we will be faster if i carry you"he said."But im fine really!I ca--"he cut me off "You cant walk so just shut up"he said with some harshness in his tone but i ignored it.
~Time skip to the park~
It was so beautiful.The stars above shined as we were walking and the nature surrounding us gave a romantic feeling. As we sat down on a bench he hugged me "Happy anniversary" i hugged him back "I love you Kaneki" i said "I love you too"he answered and i smiled warmly at him "But wait,you are covered in blood what happened? i asked "I will tell you later,lets enjoy the moment while we still can."he smiled at me and i just nodded my head as I wasn't able to repress the smile creeping up to my face.
