I opened my eyes and I was no longer in the hospital bed,I looked at my surrounding and it was very familiar room.Just then the door opened aunt Cassie came in sight with small boxes in hand.
"Hey darling how are you?, I just came to bring your stuff then I'll leave"she said walking towards corner of the room and setting the boxes down,then walking towards the door leaving me alone.Without even knowing Ifell asleep.
"Shhh you'll wake her up" I heard a voice whisper
"But I want to talk to her"a tiny little voice replies caressing my cheek and my eyes immediately snap open looking at my cousin whose looking at me with sympathy and my little brother whose smiling from ear to ear.
"Oh sis I've missed you"he whisper wrapping his little arms around my neck and I wrap my arm around his little figure pulling him closer.
"Hey let's go and get a little more rest" my cousin suggested to my brother who immediately had a frown at those words but left anyway,not before kissing my cheek.
After they left I stared at the ceiling replaying everything that happen,my brother was so young growing up at least he had aunt cassie.
After a while of staring at the ceiling the door opened again and my cousin came back in.
"Hey I know you won't talk but just know you will one day just know that I'll be there for you no matter what" she said sincerely pulling me into a light hug then pulling away wiping her tears,then she had the biggest smile on her which scared me.
"Tomorrow were going shopping"she squealed scaring me and let me tell you shopping with her is not fun, it's like you've run a 5 miles marathon and she ran out of the room.
Oh boy this just got real ,hmmm!!!
Maybe I'll just complain about the pain and I won't go,yes that's a good plan.
