Chapter 38 ; In the moment

"Klaudious what the hell!" I managed to say , still out of breath and with my heart pounding.

His face was serious but I saw a bit of concerned there. He looked me up and down, like always, making sure I was fine.

"Its late." Was all he said and then unexpectedly he took the bags and led me inside.
