"Okay, so I called the doctor office and you have an appointment at six and I have to pick Nicole up at six thirty so I'll drop you off, go pick her up, and then come back for you. Sound good?" I look up as I walk into the room from the kitchen to see Storm hopping on one foot and trying to hang  up some lights on the mantle.

I watch him for a few seconds, shaking my head, before walking over and tapping him on the shoulder. He looks at me in surprise before tripping over the edge of the carpet and falling backwards onto one of the foot rests.

We are both silent for a few moments before busting out in laughter. I fall back onto the ground, laughing like crazy as tears form in our eyes. "W-why do you k-keep doing this s-stuff?"  I ask as I try to control my laughter. We both start to calm down and I push myself back off the ground.

He shrugs in reply, a small smile on his face as I walk over to help him up. "Come on, you're still in your workout clothes. I'll help you upstairs to change and then we'll head out." I tell him and he nods as I put his weight on my shoulders once more.

We make the difficult trip up the stairs before I lead him to his room. I open his door for him and help him to sit on his bed before turning to leave. I'm almost out the door when Storm says, "Thank you." I pause for a moment before nodding and leaving, shutting the door behind me.

I walk to my room where I grab some tennis shoes and fixing my hair a little better. Yeah, I don't think the airport is worth changing out of my comfy clothes for, neither is the hospital so I just keep what I'm wearing on.

I walk back out of my room and walk up to Storm's where I find him struggling to make it down the steps alone. I quickly walk up to help him before making it down the stairs. Going down is always easier than going up.

We get to my car and I help him inside the passenger seat before walking over to the drivers side. I climb in and start up the car before backing out of my spot and starting the trip down my gravel road. I glance at the time, five thirty. I should reach the doctor's office right on time and then have time to reach the airport just as the plane lands.

I pull out of the gravel road and onto the main road where I increase my speed to just below the limit. "I really don't think I need to go to the doctor. It'll probably just be soar for a while and then it'll be all better." He tells me but I quickly dismiss that.

"Nope, you're going and it'll get checked so that we can make sure you get all better." I tell him as I reach over to pat his shoulder. He rolls his eyes at me but I ignore him as I near the hospital. I pull in and help him out before walking him inside and setting him down in the waiting room.

I check him in, and inform them that he'll need some help getting to the examination room before leaving to go to the airport. I climb back in my car and start up my music before pulling out. I drive to the airport quickly since I have the directions memorized. I've been there so many times to pick up my family members that I could get there blindfolded.

I pull in to see the normal amount of traffic there normally is. This isn't a huge airport but it's just big enough that it's a hassle to make it to where you need to be. I weave my way through the crowd until I reach the normal terminal and check the schedule.

The plane is scheduled to land in the next few minutes so I decide to make myself comfortable in one of the seats outside the terminal. I pull out my phone, checking for messages. I notice one from one of my employees concerning a bug that has been noted a few times in the comments on the app.

I do some calculations in my head before texting her and giving her the go ahead to get it checked out by some of our tech guys. I suggest Justin seeing how he's fixed most of the bugs in the past and has been, for the most part, successful.
