You have screamed it from the rooftops and I have listened.
SO I PRESENT TO YOU THE LONG AWATED SPINN-OFF TO THE VERY POPULAR STORY 'THE SECRET ADMIRER'; this will technically be the third novella in the 'Love & Rejection' trilogy, or so I have decided to dub it.
However, previously I did mention that Allen is straight in the universe that these stories are based in, and there is nothing that would ever change the fact that he will always be straight. He was born that way and he will remain that way. People's sexualities do not magically change overnight.
So, what does this all mean? It means that 'the hopeless romantic' is actually an AU (Alternative Universe) story where Allen is publically seen/assumed to be straight, but he isn't. It doesn't change the story in any way, it only allows the opportunity for this version to exist in a different timeline. I will tell you thought that I have forgotten a few of the specifics about the story X'D. So making this an AU allows me to change a few insignificant things and they won't create inconsistencies in the story line.
The Proper order of this trilogy is:
#1 - I don't love you, I hate you
#2 - The Secret Admirer
#3 - The Hopeless Romantic (AU)
Each of these are STAND-ALONE novels but its cute when their all read in order.
The title of this story doesn't really give much away. But trust me, there will be a lot of drama.
