Chapter 1

Hi! Im Emma, I know I know not the typical popular high school student. Mid length brown hair, hangs around by herself, as her mates seem to be younger then her but I have one close friend and her name is Jane. She has mid length blonde hair and is so pretty, she has a boyfriend called Callum.

The one thing about high school is you will end up fallin for someone and you never know who it will be, for me its someone called Jake. I have been in love with him for 3 years, I met him when I went on holiday but the distance just ruins everything, you see, he lives in Liverpool so it makes everything so much harder but hes the nicest person I have ever met!

As for me im a dancer, I could dance all day long, if I ever had the chance but im always busy doing something ,my parents say im a workaholic. I seem to daydream an awful lot I could be sitting watching a film or even in an exam and I will just stare off into space and think about the randomist things.

I live with my mum, as my mam and dad were never married and they had me over a little friends with benefits they had, which isnt very nice to think about. I also live with my 2 half sisters, shannon who can be so annoying sometimes and is 13 and alex who is more like me but she is only 8. If im honest i have no idea where their dad is as he ran off with a russian womon called rosalina. We have so much money I never know what to do with it I dont tell anyone though because you will never know who are your actual friends and who will just like you for your money, my favourite room has to be... The dance studio we have, it is so big, there are mirrors all arounds the room, ballet bars and a giant stereo with too many cds next to it.

Well it looks like school is nearly over... You see what i mean about daydreamng im sure i have to be going crazy. If im late for Jane once more she is going to go off it with me.

So i walk outside and there she is standing all on her lonesome waiting for me.

'Where were you? How long does it take to come out of school? You have some serious issues' she shouted as i ran across the yard.

'I..urm....needed help from the teacher for the homework' i gave her a false grin i seem to be a terrible liar.

' coarse you were so whats the plan tonight?'

'Well i suggest we going ice skating, we havnt been in so long and you never know who'll you'll meet' i said giving her a cheeky grin

'Urm have you forgotten the fact i have a boyfriend or are you just plane stupid' she said

'Well im obviously just plane stupid ... You can find someone for me,you seem to be good at that' giving her an awkward look

Last time she hooked me up with someone it didnt turn out to well, he had got a girlfriend they sort of ganged up on me calling me worse then crap. We got to mine and got changed to go straight out I thought, i might as well take my new car as i hadnt drove it very much as i had just passed my driving test. I will never thank my mum enough for getting me this car. It was a dark red beetle my most favourite cars in the world, i have always wanted one.

I got jane to give callum a ring so that i would look like a third wheel so lads could at least try and come and talk to me, not like it happenned very often, but its worth a try the only problem is if no one talks to me then i actually am going to be a third wheel.
