New oc XD

Okay I am just gonna make as many as I want the more the bigger the OC family ::3
Anyway this is soundwave very colourful XD HE ALSO HAS 4 EARS!! Super hearing.

ANYWAY it's a he if wondering and he travels at the speed of sound/light XD even faster than rainbow dash.
He can travel through computers t.v and hack into ANYTHING wireless computers etc.
But what he can also do is hypnotise you through brain waves ::3
Oh and even his insides are colourful XD LIKE INSIDE HIS MOUTH...and that tongue ::3

Also if wondering he's not wearing a mask it's his coat prints there there for ever.

I guess here's some traits: dominant strong flexible fast quick thinker.
