My not so normal life

This is how it all started..

My name is Zoey. I had a hard time growing up as a kid, I was never normal. But I never stayed in the normal world for long. You see I live in this place called Narnia . Yes you heard me right. Now this place is not an ordinary place.. No this place is magical.. Now onto my story. It all started when I was just a small kid at he age of 5. My mom decide she wanted me to get a... Well special type of education. And me being the individual I am I totally agreed! So I met the magical lion that rules Narnia and he told my mother that he could only take in one person to live in his kingdom. My mom loved me very much and cared for my education, so she agreed to send me on my own to live with the fairies. Now I enjoyed this very much and at the age of five I was taught the ways of the magical beings. Some of you may think this isn't a good way for a child to be raised but this was the only place I felt at home. See in the other world I was always made fun of and teased. Because.. Well.. You see I was never a normal child. I never had a normal childhood and never had any friends. I have these "special abilities" you see. I have the power to read the minds of inanimate object. Now you might think this would be a fun power to have but really it wasn't. During my days I would sit in the corner of my room in the floor cause my furniture would taunt me. It didn't help that I never had a good family life. My dad was kidnapped by a group of evil crayons. I was only two at the time so I never really knew my father. But my mother, oh she was such a sweet woman. She always thought about others before herself. That is until... That day.. After her tragic accident on her was home from work one day. She was never the same after that. I would always hear her screaming at yelling at thin air as if someone was there threatening her. I was only young so of course I was scared! I had no idea what was going on I thought she had gone crazy. So everyday and every night I would lock myself in my room and spend all my time alone... Anyways back to Narnia.. Because I never fit in the "normal world"; the magical world was the only place where I could be myself. The magical creatures of this land became my family and were always there for me. But don't get me wrong i love my mother, and I know she would do anything for me, but as I spent so little time with her and so much more with my new family sometimes it's easy to forget.. But my mother did get her wish; I was accepted to the magical school and I was thrilled! This school taught me about the magic that resides in both the magical and non magical worlds. I made many good friends there and learnt many fine skills. But as fun as magic is there is always a dark side to everything. 200 years ago there was a girl who was not so different from me, she was abandoned in this world and raised by the creatures. Only difference is that she took a turn for the dark side! She found out that with dark magic comes great power. Now what you need to know about her is that she is a greedy woman. She cares about no one but herself. Now she had this idea that she wanted to be the ruler of Narnia. The ruler at the time was a great king named Ramen. He was the best and most powerful ruler Narnia has ever seen. when Maribeth tried to take over the land; Ramen cast a spell on her.. Unfortunately his spell backfired and Maribeth absorbed his spell within her. With her newfound power she was able to split her soul into two pieces, keeping half with her and half in her pet dragon named "Gills". With her near invincibility she was able to kill Ramen and take control of Narnia.. Now when she split her soul this gave her the ability to live forever.. With a price! She must drink the blood of a unicorn to survive. Maribeth ruled these lands for many years putting it and the people living there in great misery. No one was ever happy besides the queen of course. Now just like every ruler she has a downfall. The new king was born! Nobody knew if it was true but legend said "he who bares the great white mane shall be the hero to this shameful place." And on the date of January 8, 1290, a great white lion came striding into these dark lands. His presence gave the citizens hope. He was able to rid the land of evil and take his rightful place as king. Now remember Maribeth is partially immortal. He did not kill her, oh no! Now don't be silly. She still lurks around her castle waiting for revenge. And who was this lion you may ask? Well he's the great and Nobel king Harris. The ruler of present day Narnia. He has been like a father to me for the 7 years I lived in his grounds. And I was sad to leave. But I have to get revenge for my mother! She's all I had left of my real family and now she gone!! I'm sorry.. My mother was killed.. BY THAT THING!! That stupid little dragon she calls gills!! I need to breathe... I'm sorry I need to explain. You see I am the only one who can stop Maribeth. This is my destiny. Everyone has their own paths they are destined to follow and this is mine. I can once and for all rid these people of all their misery and worries.. I can pay them back for all the good they did to me. I owe them that. Maribeth found out that it has to be either me or her, and she really didn't like the idea. So to make everything worse she thinks that by going into the real world to interrogate my mother is gonna help anything! And in the end of it all my mum doesn't give her any information so she send gills out to kill her! Now you see my mother is very stubborn. She will do anything to get out of doing something she doesn't wanna do. My mother didn't wanna give information.. So she didn't! She refused to give up anything and sacrificed her life to save mine. Now I will get my revenge. I think you need a bit of background on that stupid little creature. When Maribeth split her soul gills was just a young dragon still learning to fly and is only fully grown now after 200 years. And I assure you if he was grown up sooner everything would have been a lot different. I mean this thing is vicious! He will destroy anything and everything in its way. And that's why.. I fear I had to leave my home three years ago. Gills finally grew his last set of wings on Christmas Eve 2009. While everyone was inside enjoying the holiday, she lets that thing loose and terrorizes the whole village!! Everything!! Gone!! So king Harris sent me here to Canada in the real world to make a new life for myself and find out where Maribeth is hiding now. After her rampage in Narnia she left gills to rule the land and she scurried off to live in my new world. Now my destiny is to find her. And destroy her! FOR NARNIA!!!
