Stephen POV
We moved. We decided to move away from that house. I'm thinking about getting Avery a little sister. I have the room set up. I went to the adoption center website.
I adopted them now all I have to do is go get them. Their names are Maddie and Makaylah. Their 2 and very cute. Avery is 11 years old now.
"Dad can I go outside to the backyard?"Avery hugged me.
"Yeah. Do you mind staying at home by yourself?"
"Yeah."She walked to the backyard.
"I'll be back in like 30 minutes."I walked out the door.
I drove to the adoption center. I haven't been here for 7 years.
"Hello Stephen nice to see you again. Let me go get Makaylah and Madison now."Mrs.Williams walked off. She came back with the twins.
They are so cute. They looked like Avery a little but had different eyes.
"Hey Makaylah and Madison."I hugged them. They hugged my legs.
"Hi daddy."
I held their hands and went to the car. They buckled themselves in. I got in the front and drove home. When I got there Maddie(Madison) and Kaylah (Makaylah) were wide-eyed.
"Welcome to your new home."I smiled.
"Daddy you are a rich person?"Kaylah was still wide eyed.
"Yes I am. Avery!"
"What?!"She replied. She never answers me with what. She came in the living room.
"Meet your new little sisters and your grounded for a week."
"Dad what did I even do?"
"You never answer your dad with a "what"."
