As I'm Sitting Here...

As I'm sitting here with a blade in my hand,
I'm starting to rethink my life choices,
I'm not even sure what happened.

As I'm sitting here, with a bottle of pills in my hand,
I wonder what happened,
To the little girl who used to played in the sand.

As I'm sitting here, holding a gun up to my head,
I think about what will happen,
To everyone I love when I'm dead.

As I'm standing here, noose in hand, on a chair,
I start to think,
Why didn't anyone care?

As I'm standing here, on the roof of this building,
I start to see when,
My world started tilting.

As I'm sitting here, throwing up my food,
I think back to when,
I had a carefree attitude.

As I'm laying here, having an attack,
I wonder why,
I never fought back.

As I'm laying here,
Last moments of life,
I finally realize why,
I'm taking this life,
That used to be mine.
