It's when you are in your bed in the middle of the night, when the whole house is asleep and you're all alone.

It's when you can't hold back the tears and they keep running down your face continiously without being able to stop.

It's when you feel your lungs are about to explode and you can't breath normally, not wanting others to hear.

It's when you hug a pillow tightly burning your tears and pain in it, not knowing how to sit or lay down .

It's when you feel your body slowly breaking, but nobody knows how lonely and painful it is right there
