she entered
her feet so lightly placed
apon a carpet of lush green
she followed the light
that she deemed the brightest
and felt her worries fall to the earth
she felt each breath
filling and emptying her lungs
she looked above
saw each great star erupt
she looked below
saw earth herself crumble
with each step it called
out of the night it called for her
and she went forth
never hesitant
she glides across the land
with steps so delicate
she listens only for its call.
