Episode 8 (part 2)

It was lunch and I was in the library studying. I felt my phone vibrate, I took out my phone and checked the contact. Oh my god. "Derek? Your alive." I said relived.

"Willow. Im at my house. I came here when you guys were locked in the school and I have been healing since."

"Ok. I will be there soon." I said and hunged up. I stuffed my books in my bag and slung it over my shoulder. I walked out from the library and to the main doors. I jogged to my car and hopped in, just in time to here the school bell ring. "Well I guess, I'm not going to school then." I reversed out of the parking lot and sped down the road heading to the preserve.

Once I got there I drove my Jeep to Derek's place and parked. I raced out and into the burned down home. "Derek?" I asked wondering where he was.

"In here." I ran to the room that looks like it was the lounge room and saw Derek laying down on the couch. I walked over and sat down beside the couch. I looked him over and saw he still hasn't completely healed.

"Derek why haven't you healed yet?"

"Because it's from an alpha so it will take longer to heal. I should be fine by tonight." I just nodded my head, I was thinking of asking why he kissed me but thought I would later. "Your bellybutton pierced. Since when?" I looked down at my stomach and saw it.

"Yep I got it done last year ." I said happily.

"It suits you." He said with a smile, I smiled back in appreciation. I sat there for a while before I got a call. I looked at my phone and saw Allison's contact.

"Willow where are you?" She asked worried.

"I'm fine Alison. I'm at a friends."

"What friend?" Alison asked. "Are you ok?" She asked worried.

"Alison I am completely fine there is no point in stressed yourself out when I'm fine."

"Ok. Bye Willow."

"Bye Alison." I said and hung up.

"What was that about? " Derek asked me.

"It was Alison just worrying about me." Derek and I just sat in a comfortable silence for like an hour.

"Willow." Derek said.

"Yeah?"

"Im sorry."

"What for? You have nothing to be sorry for." I said confused.

"I do. I just left you in the school." Derek said ashamed of himself.

"Derek." I said cupping his face. "It's fine. You were severely hurt. You had to heal. You wouldn't be able to help us, you were to hurt. Ok. You have nothing to feel sorry about." I told him. All he did was nod. I let go of his face and wrapped my arms around him. "I'm glad you are alive Derek." I said tears in my eyes. Derek wrapped his arms around my waist.

I closed my eyes trying not to cry. I felt soft lips on my forehead. I looked up at Derek and saw his green eyes looking into mine. "I like you Willow." Derek said, I looked at him shocked. He looked at me expepectingly, but when I didn't say anything back, he stood up suddenly. "Get out." Derek said to me.

"Derek wait."

"I said get out!" He said pointing to the front door.

"Derek please. Wait a second." I said panicking.

"No leave. Now Willow!" He said pointing to the door.

"Derek please." I said in tears.

"Now Willow! Leave now!" Derek walked away and starting walking to the stairs.
