Chapter 2: Growing up

Sorry for not continuing the story ahead of time just been really really busy I'll probably start a little forward towards where we stopped I'll try my best to remember))

"So what's with the infant" curiously pointing with those French fires as fingers (idk why I'm laughing it not even funny)
"Um his parents were um murdered" he shuddered for moment of flashbacks (*Vietnam flashback intensify*)
"By whom may I ask killed the infants parents" raising his French eyebrows in French
"......The villagers but his father is an old friend of mine who's a full blood vampire  but who married a human" dun dun dun
"So he's a half blood , but why did you come to me?" The Frenchman was curious in French
"Well I needed help how to raise a young infant and he's very hungry"
"Well I'll be glad to help but if the child is half human can't you feed the child human food as well?" (I took the idea from some fanfiction I honestly don't  know if it exists anymore)
"Haven't thought of that!? It may work but the vampire side also needs to be fed?"
"Well yes" he sighed in French (I should stop) "this is going to be more difficult this child has 2 sides to feed I guess I'll go get some spare blood from the basement and add for the human side true some vegetables and fruits"
"Oh alright we'll try that would that be fine...... Alfred" as Arthur looked at the infant who had smiled but what's funny to Arthur the young lad has no teeth yet

Years past Alfred had now turned 6 he's a very active happy young lad loves Arthur and Francis as if they were his parents but like any normal human child Alfred's baby teeth began to fall out for his adult teeth to come out but in the beginning when Alfred was a baby having his baby teeth grow was a stress to Arthur and Francis mostly due to Alfred's small baby vampire teeth also growing out as well oh how much fun it was to them *coughs* not

"Arthur Arthur Arthur!!! Look my tooth fell out!! Will the tooth fairy come for my tooth?!"
"Why yes the tooth fairy will come only if you place it under your pillow and you'll receive something special" Arthur was always fond of mythical beings since he is one him self yet he always had a wild imagination on other mythical beings since he's never seen them much but a green bunny and fairies
"Ohhh sounds awesome I'll go do that!" Alfred sprinted to his room excited and happy and carefully placing it under his pillow he suddenly began to notice Francis and Arthur were talking he decided to stay out of it but couldn't help but listen he new his manners not to budge in adult conversations but he's only a child sure he's gonna listen
"Arthur don't you think Alfred should start school now we can't keep him locked up in here he needs to  experience life with humans cause well" francis whispered to him since he can tell Alfred would be listening he could her the young boy breathing a tad loud "he is half human"
"That is true but what if-" Francis stopped him Arthur was always protective to Alfred but before he can protest
"No if's he needs this"
"Well I suppose he could...." He shrugged knowing he can't always be protective even tho Alfred is growing up

Alfred had now came out his room after listening to the conversation and tugged on Arthur's shirt Alfred knew what school was like he's seen kids pass bye and when they went on walks to get food for Alfred he saw

"Arthur I don't want to go to school what if they make fun of me what if I don't make friends"
Alfred began to sob Arthur bent down to comfort him and giving him a hug
"It's ok Alfred you'll be fine no one will make fun of you you'll make lots of friends"
"You promise"
"I promise"
Alfred finally gave a hug back and wiped his tears away

((So that was a very very short story I'm so so sorry for the lateness and a quick short story but next chapter will be his first day of school :D also I'll be writing other stories too maybe some yaoi or mpreg idk what should I do?))
