We gained more power and we felt unbeatable but I was wrong. Friends died, battles lost, my strength grew. We chose to be like this, half monster. We were hated by everyone cast off only to do our tasks that the organization and Notch assigned us. Our only friends were each other. There was no happiness for us, only grief to suffer in this state. I want revenge against whoever did this to us, but that cannot happen.
My next assignment from Notch was to head to the village east of the winter biome. Apparently I was assigned a partner, a young woman who was weaker than the rest of us. When I arrived at the village she was in the Inn of the town. When I saw her she stood up in shock. Then she yelled "What the hell is the number one ranked warrior doing here!" "I'm here to help you with the mob infestation." I said "My name is Final, Final Mirror." I said with confidence. "My name is Kit." She muttered under her breath. "My ranking is 32." She said fearfully. I could tell she has never fought something truly stronger than a skeleton or zombie.
When we left the Inn, people imminently started screaming and whispering about us it. "Why are they doing that?" Asked Kit. "My your new to the organization aren't you?". "Yes". She said. "They are scared if us, they think we still are monsters and could kill them if they got in our way." I said. "Why would we do that?" Asked Kit again. "Shut up! Stop asking stupid questions!" I said loudly. She seemed to whimper a little. "Don't you dare start crying!" I said. I could all ready tell she wasn't going to help much but that doesn't mean she can help at all. Once we spotted the mobs I saw something different "An Iron Golem?!" I yelled with surprise. Why would Notch not tell us anything about this!
Once the battle started Kit was not doing very sufficient, her ranking of number 32 is unquestioned. Of coarse I was left fighting the Iron Golem alone while she was attacking the zombies. We both held our swords tightly and went in for an attack. "Kit!" I yelled " I need you to distract the zombies while I go for their heads!" I said again. "Yes sir!" She yelled. She swung her sword and amputated one of the zombie's arms and started doing this to all of them. Now it was my turn I stood still trying to focus and then it was the perfect time to strike. I jumped in the air and while I was falling I held my sword to the zombies head. I swung my sword and cut his head off directly where I was aiming. Then as the zombies where still stunned at my first kill I stabbed them through the heart. The only monster that was left was the iron golem. "Listen, I'm gonna need to use my sword technique." I said carefully. "Step back!" I yelled. I pointed my sword at him. "He's to far away! Get closer!" Kit yelled. I disregarded her as I was trying to focus, then something moved faster than it should have. "The Golem!" I yelled. "Kit No!" I ran over to her as the Iron Golem began to attack. I stepped in front of her and the golem stabbed me though the stomach with his strong hand. "FINAL!" Kit yelled. I stood up as I was coughing up blood. "I'm fine but that will not happen again!" I said. "Hold it back while I use my technique." I said. I moved back and began to focus all over again. Than I swung my sword and took off his head. Kit looked at my, confused. "That was my technique, The Long Sword, I can hit my opponents from a mile away." I said. Kit was amazed. "When do I develop a technique like that?" She said willingly. "When you move into a single digits ranking". I said. We need to hurry to the organization to tell them the infestation is terminated.
Chapter 2
As we walked together I could tell something changed in Kit in that battle, she felt stronger, more useful. When we arrived at the base within the desert we explained the battle to Notch. Then he said "Congratulations, that battle was fit for you two but, there's something I must discuss with you Final, alone." Kit left the large room and Notch walked over to me and said "Kit is no-longer of use to us your job is to leave here and dispose of her." "You mean kill her?" I said. "Exactly!" He said excitedly.
Kit was invited back into the room and, she was assigned her next mission and same to me. Are missions were in the same direction only because I was still supposed to kill her. We left towards the north winter castle. Once again I was assigned partners 2 other partners the number 3 ranked and the number 9 ranked. I was not going to kill Kit it is not worth it, she is more powerful than Notch thinks. We arrived at the castle in the next day and we were late as I expected. One of my two partners yelled "Where the hell have you been! You are a week late for this assignment!"she yelled at Kit and I. "Calm down Crysta there's no need to over react." Said the other girl. My name is Jessie." she said "and that's Crysta". "I can introduce myself!" Yelled Crysta "I am Crysta, I'm ranked number 3." "My name is FinalMirror I'm ranked number one and I am the only male warrior left in the organization." This is Kit my partner she is ranked number 37." I said. "Quickly we need to start our mission." Said Kit
We walked into the castle, we found the monster quickly but there was something different about this monster. "What the hell is that?" Said Jessie. "Why would the organization assign us this mission, The Wither!" Yelled Kit. We stood still strategizing to our selves. "Here he comes." I said. "Watch yourselves!" I yelled. He shot one of his heads at us very quickly. Instantly one of Jessie's arms were gone surprised she stood back and collapsed into a small pit behind her. "Jess no!" Yelled Crysta. "Bastard!" Yelled Kit. Kit jumped up and swung her sword at the Wither but only for it to push her into a wall. I used Kits fail as an advantage for me and moved quickly behind the Wither and cut him deeply down it's spine. For a moment Kit and myself forgot about Crysta but all of a sudden the Wither froze in midair. "Strike him now quickly I don't know how long I can hold him still!" Kit jumped up and struck him in the side. He broke free before I could attack but he aimed a head directly at me but. I got ready to block it but he shot it a Crysta while she was still trying to freeze him. "Crysta No!" I said "That shot will kill her instantly." I thought. "No she's to far I won't reach her in time!" I said. A figure appeared in front of Crysta blocking the head. "Jessie! Your alive?!" Yelled kit. But her arm was slowly regenerating. "So Jessie's technique is that she can regenerate lost limbs and Crysta's technique is being able to freeze her opponents every move." I thought. " Damn You!" Yelled Jessie angrily The Wither started to speak "Fine, if your sending me to hell I'm taking one of you with me!" Said the Wither. He shot a head at me but I dodged it. While I wasn't looking he came up to me and and knocked me over then shot a head at my stomach and it hit me directly. "No Final!" Yelled Jessie as she ran over to attack. The Wither then it appeared behind her and attacked her without Jessie even noticing. "Jess, Final, when he said he was taking one of us with him he meant it." Said Kit fearfully. Kit was paralyzed she was to scared to move which gave The Wither an open target. "Kit move!" Yelled Crysta. But it was to late she was shot down instantly. "Kit!" Yelled Crysta. "Looks like this battle depends on me." Crysta said quietly. Quickly she frooze him and ran around to carry us to a safer place, she sat us under the stair place in the castle. The wither spoke to her "I see you can freeze people easily without using your monster power, lets see how long you can last". Crysta suddenly appeared in the air and moved her sword to attack.
