chapter 3

Kian pov

The door opens. Standing in front of me is an older woman with short dark brown. "hello, may I help you?" the woman said kindly with a soft smile.

"umm..hi I'm Kian. Is Tessa home, I'm a friend from school" I say rubbing the back of my neck sorta regretting even coming.

"Oh hello, its very nice to meet you. I'm Tessas mom, my names Lisa" she says gesturing me to come in. I walk to the house.

"  Nice to meet too...is Tessa home?" I ask. she nods walking to their fancy looking kitchen. Lisa begins to wash the dishes.

"Tessa is in her room. go down the hall way and she's the first door to the left." Lisa says with a kind smile. I walk down the slim hallway. Lining the walls are pictures. A few of them I can tell is Tessa. I stop at one picture and it was of Tessa standing in the snow. She looked gorgeous, her hair was full of snowflakes. I couldn't really tell if she was happy, sad or any of the emotions, but some how all at once she looked like she was feeling and showing them all. This picture, just seeing Tessa look like this made all my emotions toward her basically catch on fire. What am I feeling? "I'm in love...with Tessa Johnson" I whisper to myself.  I run my fingers through my hair and exhale deeply. After a few more seconds to recuperate myself I walk up to Tessa's door. It has little fake rhinestones on it the form a T in the middle of the door. I knock on the door.

"come in" she says. I open the door and walk in. Her room is a good size, it has gray walls and hard wood floors. Tessa was sitting on her bed and she looked shocked to see me.

"w..what are you doing here" Tessa says.

She sits up and looks at me.  I sits on the edge of her bed.

"listen Tessa I'm sorry ok, I know I'm a complete idiot, I shouldn't have flipped like that" I says rubbing the back of my neck still a little confused about my new found feelings for her. 

"Kian its fine. its my fault I shouldn't get all up in your business" she replies.

"so we good" I ask . she smiles and nods.
"great well I better get home" I reply. I stand up and walk out of her house. I get into my car and buckle up. "I'm gonna tell Tessa how I feel about her tomorrow" I say to myself.

At home...

I flop down onto my bed smiling. "i cant believe that me, Kian Wilson, has fallen for miss popular Tessa Johnson " I say laughing a bit. My door swings open. 

"hey!!" My bestfriend Calvin says waking in. He's tall with dirty blonde wavy hair, he is also constantly wearing bandanas.

"why do you constantly just walk into my house and why are you here" I say chucking a little stroking my hands through my hair. 

"Is it a crime for me to visit my bestfriend" he says . He plops onto my blue been bag chair. "so what has you been up to" calvin asks.

"nothing really just madly in love, a lot of homework, and what has you been up to isn't correct grammar" I reply nonchalantly.

"what are you the grammar police" he says with a chuckle.

"maybe I am" I reply laughing.

"now whos this girl your madly in love with" Calvin says. He looks at me dramatically and then he stands and walks closer to me. I already know what he's doing.

"don't you do it" I say trying not to smile cause I know he does this anytime a even slightly like a girl.  He sits by and whispers in my ear.

"or is it me. I secretly love you to Kian. " he whispers and laughs a little and I push him off my bed.
"I will marry you kian you don't have to ask" he says laughing and very dramatically.

"I swear I'm gonna kill you one day" I Jokingly. I sit down on my bed and he sits on the bean bag.

"so tell  me about your new honey bunny" Calvin says acting like he's taking notes on a note pad.

"don't call her that" I say a bit annoyed.

"ok how about your baby mama" he says.

"nope"

"dumpling?" calvin asks.

"call her Tessa." I say, about to tell him about her but he cuts me off.

"wait you talking about Tessa Johnson" he says and his eyes have widened and I just nod. "woah man you're in love with the number one honey bunny in school" he says shocked.

"Don't call my honey bunny, its annoying. and yes I am I guess. I've spent so much time with her and have really fallen for her." I say.

"wow congrats to you. you finally got a honey" calvin says.

"get out of here before I kill you" I say laughing. Calvin smiles.

"fine, I know you want to have your honey bunny over." he says with a grin then he picks up a sock and throws it at me. "here just in case you need it for your door" he adds laughing. I chuckle and point to the exit. Calvin leaves and the rest of the night basically just contains me thinking about Tessa.
