Tw that should be usual by now-

The tears felt like acid burning through his skin, but they wouldnt stop. Not for anything, or anyone. They just kept flowing, the usually bright and jolly green dark with pain and sorrow.

Why him?

Why did it have to be him?

All he ever wanted was to be a quiet person.

That changed after the incident. And he can't forget it. He can't run from the murders or anything. They haunt him, acting like a noose around his neck. There until he tightens it.

And it kills him.

It would snap his neck and he would drown.

He didn't have any old "ray of sunshine". He had a certain person who was his only ray of sunshine, who'd always be there to protect him. Who would always help him when he needed it.

He was always there behind his back to help, sacrificing anything for him, Even when he could easily defend himself from whatever. But he needed him right now, and he wasn't there.

Words only came in soft raspy whispers.

"..please.. Where are you.. I need you.."

The words hurt to come from him. He only felt the feeling of a boot against skin, right into his side. He fell down against the black and white tile, choking back a scream for help.

Words from the bully spilled into the fog in his head.

"Haha! Go ahead.. Call for help.. No one will come.."

He raised his voice, calling out into the dark corridor. "Please.. Where are you, Scott!?" the hall went silent. He hoped.

But nobody came.

Laughs of pure amusement filled the air. Boot against skin. The grabbing of hair and shirt. Being pinned the the wall. Fists against skin. It didn't seem like stopping. He choked out crimson blood, spitting it out as it only flowed back into his mouth.
The laughs, the insults, the threats.. It all went silent with fast, light footsteps replacing it.

The bully tried to scramble away, only to get caught against the neck, getting pushed to the ground. Rage filled into the sorrow tension, overcoming the sadness.

Another snarl of curses, a few sloppy hits and it all went away with the bully quickly scampering off, nose bleeding with various bruises and cuts. Gentle hands reached out, grabbing the smaller teen and pulling him into a tight embrace.

The smaller teen quickly hugged back, the sobs feeling like tortured souls to the brunette. He sighed, gently reaching up to rub the others hair softly, keeping a tight grip on the raven haired teen. The brunettes soften voice rang into the others mind.

"Calm down, sweetie.. It's going to be okay.."

The raven haired teen sniffed, gently looking up, blood and tears mixing as he pulled away. "..You weren't there, Scott.. You're always there.." Scott let a soft smile form, "Vin.. I'm not always there.. This town, you were just lucky I clocked in.."

Vincent let a whimper crawl up his throat, burying his face back into the chest of the brunette. "I-I don't like you not being there.. I need you.." The brunette smiled wider, "..I know.. I'll always come back for you.. I always do."

A sniffle came from the smaller teen. "Please don't leave me.." Scott purred softly, hugging him tighter. "Don't doubt on it, Hun.." He mumbled, gently giving a soft, quick peck on the top of his head. "Seriously.. I won't leave.."

"Promise?"

"I promise.."
