"Oh Angie, your dad told me to tell you that you got a letter from some fancy boarding school in Liverpool. They want you to come and check it out. Apparently one of your teachers sent in a piece of your work and they believed it was scholarship-worthy." Clara told the teen as she walked past where she was standing in the Kitchen area. Angie still had her satchel bag slung over her shoulder, as she'd walked in the front door, home from school, moments earlier. When Clara spoke to her, she placed her bag on the floor, against the kitchen counter.

"Letter? Where is it?" Angie questioned.

"Umm" Clara searched the Kitchen area for Angie's letter. In the past 10 minutes, she'd managed to lose it. "It's.." She overviewed anywhere she could see in hope the misplaced letter would appear. "There!" It lay on the dining room table. Angie smiled at Clara before collecting it and returning to the spot next to where Clara was standing. She wasn't going to tease Clara about temporarily losing the letter as she was determined to read it (it may come up in later conversation though).

Angie read over the letter, mumbling some of the words aloud.

"They want me to visit tomorrow?" She asked after reading the whole letter.

"Yeah, you're school have already agreed to it. If you wanted to go that is?" An expression of delight appeared on her face.

"Of course! Will you come with me, Clara?"

"Sure, but don't think you're getting a lie-in, we need to catch an early train to be there on time." Clara warned.

Angie nodded in response before sniffing and screwing up her nose. "What's that smell?" She asked, almost in disgust.

"Oh gosh! My soufflé." Clara exclaimed, before putting on one oven mitt and opening the warm device with the -bare- other hand.

"Ow!" she complained as she burnt the tip of her finger.

"First, you lose my letter, then, you fail to make an edible soufflé, AGAIN, then you burn your finger! Oh Clara, you are SKILLED." Angie teased.

"I will get it right some day." she promised. "I will be soufflé girl." she said firmly.

"Sure" Angie returned with sarcasm, laughing, before picking up her school bag and disappearing off to her room. She wanted to prepare properly for tomorrow.

A/N- yeah, sorry it's kind of short. sorry my writing is bad. Sorry there's no drama, yet. Sorry it's boring. Yeah sorry. Lol hope you enjoyed it :) bye -Lauren xx
