Noiz had taken Mikael back to Hilda's place. It had been a few weeks after losing Charlie and Mikael had felt, relieved that he was gone for some reason. He had calmed after being betrayed so now if he saw Charlie he wouldn't attack him on the spot. He had been to Hilda's place to practice bringing things back to life. Seeing as he had enough power to bring things back halfway, it was only a matter of practice before he could fully use this power.
But the second they got to Hilda's place they noticed a rather familiar figure talking to her. Was that...the man from the Songless Siren? The small Siren smiled at Hilda before noticing Mikael, his eyebrows arching up happily, "Mikael! Hello again!" He chimed happily, one hand going to play with the piercing on his eyebrow gently. "Emett what are you doing here? " Mikael had happily remarked, going over to the smaller Siren. "Well i had just come here waiting for you. I'm afraid theres something you need to know...but..i suggest you bring your dead friend back to life beforehand. He might be usefull as well.." Emett had said gently, moving to say goodbye to Hilda before leaving the shop. "Wait how can you..." but he was already gone before Mikael could ask. Noiz had looked impressed, "well...i suppose we must get to it then." He chuckled, "its finals day Mikael, time to for you to show what you've learned. I'm positive you can bring me back." Mikael had nodded and stood back, muttering a few words in Latin before his hands began to glow along with the peacock feathers engraved in his skin. And at that, slowly but surely, Noiz began to pinken, his eyes filling with life before brightening.
Noiz had jumped up happily at feeling his heart pump, "That's more like it!" He cheered, his voice full of emotion and passion. Mikael had let out the breath he'd been holding, looking up at Noiz gently he said, "Wow...i actually did it" "that you did, and I'm very proud of it too!" He grinned, planting his feet on the ground. "Now, lets go meet with that Siren."
The second they got to Songless Siren they were faced with a completely different store. Potions and spellbooks on every shelf. Various herbs and spices on the counter and even samples of tea with chopped leaves inside to tell the fortunes of customers who could see through the decoy. Emett was speaking to a tall man, one with thorns, vines and flowers growing from the left eye. "Ah! Grase, this is the Necromancer that I've told you about." Emett had chimed towards the man with the vines. Grase gave a nod, "should we show them the werewolf? Or do you think he'll be dangerous?" He said softly, looking down to Emett gently then to Mikael.
"Yeah..go get him, I'm pretty sure those two have a connection..I can feel it in the air." Emett gave a smile, "you like the place no?" He chimed just as Grase left. "This wasn't here when i visited a few weeks ago...what did you do?" Mikael had said softly, eyes wide. "Well i opened up the spell i put on this place to work on Mancers who have gained my trust. Well not just mancers but people in general." He smiled at him, then looked to Noiz, "he looks so much better when hes alive doesn't he? Hmm i just hope it lasts."
Noiz gulped at that, "what do you mean?" Emett gave a smile, the tea cup in his hand giving the image of death to one of the mancers in front of him, "hopefully, nothing." He looked up at him and smiled, "well, why don't I let you have a look around while i go hurry Grase up hmm? I'm sure that werewolf is being stubborn waking up." He smiled.
Mikael gave a smile and looked around the shop, eyes gentle before he began to pick up one of the books on the shelves.
Emett came back out with Charlie, the young werewolf's eyes wide. "Mikael.." he said softly, bracing himself to be yelled at. Mikael gave him a huff, "Charlie." He said bitterly, moving to look up at Emett, "so why did you call me here?" He asked gently. Emett gave a smile.
"The king has declared war on all wizards...anyone who deals with magic, bam. Now you're under attack." He muttered gently, sighing has he felt Grase come up next to him. "Not even i am safe now..after helping the young werewolf i am also a target...but i have a plan."
"And that plan is?" Noiz had muttered gently, eyes narrowed.
"We must gather everyone we know that deals with magic and bring them here. Because as far as we know this is the safest place to meet up."
"Right..so until then?"
Grase nodded, "yes good luck to you all."
