I have been dreading this day since the start of vacation. Some people get excited for their first day of whatever grade they are in, but I'm really scared that I might be noticed. I am the type of person who doesn't get noticed in school, I'm no nerd but I ain't no Queen Bee and I am happy with how my life is going on- I don't want anything to change. I love it when someone says 'Maddie Green? Is that like a new girl or something' it cracks me up, but I'm not a complete loner- I have my best friend Sapphire Jayson- me and her have proper bants because we aren't disturbed or effected by rumours, gossip or boys on our tail. And if I could choose to have no- one notice us for the rest of our high school life, then I would but it isn't that easy. I finished getting ready- I put on my grey Nike hoodie, black jeggings and my black Converse high tops- I'm no fashionista and I don't ever intend on being one. Then my phone- a black iphone6s+ - started to buzz, I looked at it to see a text from Sapphire.
Sapphire-You ready, I'm outside your house.
I look out the lounge window to see Sapphire waving at me; she was quite short compared to me- I am lanky as hell- and she had long brown hair and emerald green eyes- to be honest I don't know why the boys aren't going crazy for her. I on the other hand have dishwater blonde hair and I don't even know what my eye colour – trust me it's a confusing colour. I grab my bag and start to walk towards her; our high school isn't too far away so me and her take the initiative to not use those gas-guzzling cars.
"Have you heard that Dante Reece is joining our year because he failed his sophomore year?" She uttered.
"I don't give a shit, Sapphire, you of all people should know" Dante Reece is the School's Bad boy/ Player and that is all I really know about him.
"I know, I know but you got admit he is HAWT!" She squealed in delight.
"I don't know why you are so obsessed with boys, I mean which one is Dante again-is he the one with the bandana?" I questioned.
"No, that's his best mate Cameron; he is the one that is with bandana guy." She said as we entered through the school gates. I tried my best to remember this guy was but I genuinely didn't know who he was.
"Oh that oneee(!)" I lied.
Sapphire said goodbye and went back of to her homeroom while i made my way to mine and then THUD...I walked in to what felt like a wall and fell back on to the floor and even though my eyes where shut i could feel people staring. As I slowly and carefully opened my eyes I saw no-one but two boys -Mr. Bandana and his mate. His name was Dante, right?
"Oh sorry" I said whilst I got up.
"Yeah you should be, walking in to me like that." He rudely replied, I looked closer to see a sharp cheek-boned, brown-eyed , brown hair guy. Damn! He is HAWT! I didn't stare at him because I wanted to avoid the 'Quit checking me out' line. Boy do I hate that line. I don't bother react to his reply and I just walk of.
"Hey Baby doll, wait up" I hear Dante shout behind me. Shit, shit, shit! What happened to not getting noticed!!
