First looks and smiles ~A Niam love story~

Chapter One:

*Niall's pov*

I watch the boy everyday. He never notices me,He's too busy with his friends. He'd probably never know my feelings for him. He's all punk and I'm the boy wearing a flower crown.

My name's Niall, Niall Horan. 17. In high school with the boy I wish to date. His name is Liam,Liam Payne. He's the Sam's age as me. Anyway,I have a horrible life,I have no friends. I live with my drugged up mum,But I manage. Today is another day at school . The occasional beatings,But I'm use to It now. I pass Liam everything about him is so good,From his head to his toes. I accidentally bumped into him making me blush and drop my stuff. His accent kills me. "Oh Sorry." He looks at me and smiles "I'm Niall." I blush. "Nice to meet you Niall,I'm Liam. I'm sorry." He helps me pick my stuff up and hands it to me. He sees scars on my wrists but doesn't say anything about them. We look into each other's eyes,He sees pain in my eyes and I see nothing in his ,Like he's removed everything from them. He smiles "So I better be going ,See you around?" He says and I nod ,Wishing we could talk longer. "Bye." I say as he walks away. They walk off and go to their classes. Never seeing each other till Physical Education.

*Physical Education*

Niall goes out to the field and sits down pulling out some grass. His flower crown and someone bent over and coughed,Zayn. I've always hated him "What do you want Zayn?" Zayn smirks "Come on love,Boys down wear these. You know that." Zayn and his group surround me. I feel trapped until I hear Liam's voice "Zayn go. Gimme the crown." Liam says holding his hand out and looking at Zayn. Zayn was afraid of Liam so he handed him the crown and walked off. Liam sat down beside of me placing the crown on my head and adjusting it . "Hey you should be all alone on the field. If not Zayn will get to you." Liam said pulling up some grass with me. "Yeah I know" I took a deep shaky breath and twisted a long piece of grass around my finger "Thank you." I thanked Liam again for getting my crown if it wasn't for him I'm positive I wouldn't have gotten it back easily. "Come on. Let's go." Liam stood up ,holding his hand out for me. I smiled and got up as we started to walk behind the bleachers. I wasn't too afraid after all I was with Liam. "So why are you all alone today?" Liam asked me. "I'm alone everyday I don't have any friends." I was use to being alone. All my life I was alone. I looked up at the sky and took a deep breath before looking at Liam's facial expression. "Oh." Liam frowned at me. He probably thought I was a nobody. I didn't care though. "Well you wanna be my friend?" Liam smiled ,Sitting down on a metal bar in front of me. I could feel my face turn red. "M-me?" I asked in shock that somebody actually wanted to be my friend let alone, that friends be the Liam Payne. "Yes." I smiled trying to contain my screamed of happiness. "Come sit down and we'll talk about something." What I didn't know was that Liam has a crush on me. Liam patted the bar beside of him and looked at me. I walked over to the bar and took a seat beside Liam and held my hands in my lap playing with my thumbs. I always did this when I was nervous "what are we gonna talk about?" A group of his friends were looking for him,I let out a little sigh "I gotta go." Liam sighed and jumped down. "I guess we'll talk later?" Liam said and I smiled "Yeah that would be great." Liam smiled and walked to his friends. I sighed and walked back inside. Waiting for school to be out. Minute by minute. Hour by hour,Finally the bell rang. I was the first one out of the class room ,I avoided everyone at all cost. Walking straight home. Waiting for my mum to beat me,Wasn't the best part of the day. I got a call from an unknown number and answered it "Hello?"
