Mason POV

I walk down the asile at Bob's grocery store (yes yes that's it's name). I walk down to find a cute flower head band.
"I'll take this for Emma!" I say as I grab it and suddenly feel a strick of pain rush down my right arm and leg. I couldn't help but scream in pain as I fall to the floor to see my own dark red blood rushing out of my body and onto the tiled floor.
"OH MY GOD SOMEONE HELP!!" A blondie shrieks as she comes over to me and takes off her red sweater and ties it around my leg.
"Your gonna be fine. Don't worry. Just don't close your eyes" she says as she gets pulled away by nurses as they put me on the light blue stretcher. I scream in pain as I get pulled into the ambulance and they put this weird thing around my mouth for me to breath. I slowly feel my eyes close. I let the darkness surround me.
Violets POV

I suddenly feel my phone vibrate from my jean pocket.
"Probably it's Mason" I say to myself. I pull out my phone and look at the user. 'Hospital'. It's probably about Emma's Doctor appointment next week. I think to my self as I press the answer button.
"Hello is this Mrs. Violet?" Asks a man from the other end of the line.
"Yes is everything alright?" I ask letting confusion and worry seep into my voice.
"No. I'm sorry to tell you this but.." He says as I knew it was about Emma.
"What!" I whimper into the phone as I hear a sigh.
"Mason's in the hospital." He says as I feel hot tears fall down my cheeks. I end the call and go grab Emma from the couch and we get in the car.
"Where are we going mommy?" Emma asks with a confused look on her face. I turn around for her to see a tear sliding down my cheek.
"Papas in the hospital darling...." I say as she has tears in her eyes.
"Don't cry...he'll be fine I promise." I say as she hugs me tight and let's me go. I turn around and start the engine. I back out of the drive way and make my way to the hospital.

I walk into the room Mason was in. I see him. His skin pale. His eyes shut closed. His right arm and leg in a cast and a bandage around his head with a blood stain straight on the middle. I let Emma go out side as I see a doctor come in to talk to me.
"Is something wrong?" I ask as I see a worried look on his face. Not a good sign.
"Yes...I'm sorry but..." He says again. I'm starting to get impatient here!!
"What..." I say slowly but loud enough for him to hear me.
"He's in a coma and has a 95% chance of not making it..." He says as I feel tears stream down my face.
"GET OUT!!!" I shriek as he stares in shock and stands up.
"I SAID GET OUT!!!!" I say as he runs out the room as I see Emma run into my arms. as I turn around and hold Mason's cold, pale, hand. I might loss my Mason. Emma might lose her dad. Violets now got her revenge...but that's not gonna stop me- I think in my head as a tear falls onto his hand as it rolls onto the floor. Just save my little bad boy. Just save him...
