Welcome to the first part. This is told in both P.O.V.s. First is Alix (Photo)

So I never imagined my work hiring new people anytime soon but when you have a new GM, half the employees than before and only one manager, yeah it's time to hire more people. Being the only manager minus the new GM keeping up with everything is hard. So after training all of the newbies on dough, till, oven, phones, and make line I had the chance to help teach a few people who will be managers so I could help train drivers. I had the most experience out of everyone except a few drivers and the GM. I just got done training the newest driver when I was called into the office. I placed the hot bag on the driver counter, "Clock back in and go catch oven," I ordered him and went into the office. I walked in and sat down, "Yes Russell?" I said. He turned to face me, "I really appreciate how hard you are working with all these changes and I am glad to have you here. I have one more person I need you to train and he will be here soon to be trained. He has already been trained on make line and phones so he will be a driver starting tomorrow," he said, "Why wasn't he already trained as a driver?" I asked, "Because he hasn't been able to get a car yet and now he has one," he said. I made the 'oh' face then nodded, "Ok what is his name?" I asked, "Thomas Hunt. He will be here at four to start his training," he said. I nodded, "Ok. Mind if I go outside for a small break?" I asked him, "Go ahead. I will watch over everything and I'll be leaving after Thomas gets here," he said. I nodded and got up. Seeing as the in stores here got it under control I put my apron under the first monitor and walked outside.

I pulled out my e-vapor that I recently filled up with the mango flavored liquid. There was small amounts of nicotine in it but nothing harmful. I puffed out some smoke and watched it float up. The past few weeks have been crazy when trying to find more people. I puffed out more smoke as a car I did not recognize pulled into a drivers parking spot. Letting another puff leave my mouth the person walked up to me, "Um are you Alix?" He asked. I looked up and became face to face with the most beautiful ocean blue eyes. I stood up, "That's me. You must be Thomas. You're training to be a driver right?" I asked him. He nodded nervously. I put my e-vapor back in my back pocket, "Follow me please," I said. I headed inside and he followed close behind me. I went to one of the second computers and scanned my thumb before finding his name and making him clock in, "Clock in," I said moving so he could get his thumb scanned.

I was nervous. I was about to be trained by a manager I didn't know yet and I was about to become a driver. I didn't want to but my GM said I can be an in store and a driver if I wanted. I pulled into the parking lot and got out of my car. When I closed the door and turned I saw the most beautiful person I have seen. She wore her grey uniform shirt tucked into her black pants and her shoes were covered in dustinator. Her hair hung loosely from a ponytail under her visor, her eyes hidden under slight heavy amounts of eye liner, and her skin was as pale as snow. A puff of smoke left her lips as I walked up to her, "Um are you Alix?" I asked unknowing of how this manager acts, "That's me. You must be Thomas. You're training to be a driver right?" she asked me. Her voice was soft but it held authority behind it. I nodded nervously. She stood up and put something in her back pocket, "Follow me please," she said and began walking back inside. I followed her in and she scanned her thumb, clicked on my name, then moved to the side, "Clock in," she said. I scanned my thumb and moved back. Right after she got me clocked in as a driver the phone rang, "I got it," she said then answered the phone, "Thank you for calling Papa Johns off Elm Street, this is Alix would you like try our two large two topping special for only twenty dollars today?" she said.

I was amazed at how professional she was. She finished the order quickly then hung up, "Go ahead and put these labels on the boxes while I get you a bank," she said. I nodded and put the labels on the correct boxes. I couldn't believe this was the one who was going to train me to become a driver. I finished the labels but when I turned to talk to the manager she already left to the back office. I followed shyly to see what my deployment was. I've understood the basics of the driver deployments like trash, dishes and so forth but since I was closing with the manager in charge I had two things to do between deliveries. Dishes and two bundles of boxes. 'That shouldn't be too hard. I guess between deliveries I could work on whatever dishes need to be done,' I thought, "Alright Thomas. Grab one of the car toppers and a cord then meet me outside," said manager Alix as she walked out of the office. I nodded and grabbed the items and met her outside. She was standing next to a 2010 Black Dodge Ram. My jaws nearly dropped, "So whenever you go on a delivery you will have a car topper and a cord so you can have the topper light on during the night runs," she said I nodded. I handed her the car topper and she placed in on top of the truck, "Is this your car?" I asked her, "Yes. We will do a few deliveries in my vehicle but then you will be on your own," she said heading back inside, 'Crap. What did I get myself into?' I thought.

A/N: So yeah here was the first part. Part two will be posted sometime soon. Remember to favorite, comment, and follow for more. Later gamers.
