6 years ago from our present a now desert land known as lost ground was attacked by pirates." Help us" screams and calls for help could be heard all around while in a underground safe hole " dad I'm sorry I couldnt protect her" a 8 year old Rayleigh and his father was hiding. "Listen Rayleigh follow this stream it will take you some where safe go now" Rayleigh huried honouring his fathers last words. Rayleigh saw his father was being taken, he soon fell asleep due to being extremely exhausted. Rayleigh drifted for days to weeks when he finally hit a small island known as Bario. Rayleigh opened his eyes seeing a man carrying him. "Who are you" is all he was able to get out after falling back into a deep sleep.
A few days later
"Where am i aarg" young Rayleigh awoke to see that his wounds were all healed. "Your awake good" a figure said sitting in the corner of the room. "Who are you, um sorry thank you for helping me" Rayleigh smiled. "My names Silvers Cross" he said glaring at Rayleigh "smiling huh after whatever happened to you, you could've died you know" Silvers stated. "There all dead I bet their all dead mom, dad, Krish" Raylaigh started to cry. "What happened boy" Silvers demanded "the inferno pirates attacked and destroyed my village, I'll kill them all, wait did you say your name is Silvers Cross" . Rayleigh sat up straight "yes" Silvers Replied. "The second strongest man in the world" Rayleigh's eyes were full of shock.
"Former se-" he was cut off by Rayleigh who was now on his knees "train me please I beg you I'll do anything just train me" Rayleigh pleaded. Silvers looked Rayleigh in the eyes and he could see the boy's determination. "Why should I train you" Rayleigh stood up. "They took everything from me I want revenge" he clinched his fists. "I want It but I'm to weak but if you train me" Rayleigh looked up at Silvers. "Then I'll be strong enough" Silvers grinned slightly. "OK I'll train you I have nothing else to do anyway" Silvers replied. "I'll only be able to train you for nine years" Silvers pointed out Rayleigh only nodded and was eager to start. "We'll start training tomorrow for now lets get some food into you".
Back to the present
"Thank you master I'll make you proud and I will use the power I've gained to avenge my family". Rayleigh stood in front of the entrance of the village Belli " you'd better still be here Raven".
