The rest of my day was a living hell as all ways. But oh he made sure it was worst. I later found out that he was Rider Alexander. The school's newest boy
That didn't really help my case , he made fun of me in every class we have together and that was a lot. You know for the new kid in school he is kinda hot .
"Since your are now my new best friend! Your gonna show me around the school, lead the way." His voice rudely interrupted my thoughts but I did as ask and led the way.
"There! Were done that's the whole school. Any questions?" I didn't wait for him to answer " no, okay. Bye!" I waved as I walked away
"Actually I have one. Will you sit with me at lunch?" His cheeks were tainted with a pinkish color.
In return I gave him a huge smile and hooked my arms into his as we headed to the cafeteria.
"Let's go Alexander. To the cafeteria we go."
Maybe just maybe I can handle being with him for just today .

That day my mom text me saying dad can't get me after school so I had to walk home with Rider. We go along so well that you can even call us best friends now. It was like he made me forget that time was still a thing. When I opened the door to the house all I could really think was how I can't wait to mom about my new best friend that as I made it to her room I didn't realized that mom was crying on her bed. My smile slowly faded away.
"Mom, What's wrong? " my voice was filled with worry and sympathy for her.
"If only you knew what's going on in my life right now you wouldn't be smiling at all. You ungrateful child. Is this what I get for raising you ? What have I done to deserve this life? " her voice got louder with ever word she said.
She didn't even look at me in the eye as she yelled louder than before " get out I don't want to see you today at all got that!" I nodded my head as started breaking and started thinking back to everything I ever done that could have made her upset.
But I got no thing if she wants an ungrateful child I'll give her that.
