I woke up from a very strange dream this morning. I can’t fully remember what it was about but it had something to do with the moon. Today I woke up with eight others as they all got ready, and like how it is when getting ready for school with eight siblings, there is rushing, fighting, and a lot of yelling.

Take now for example…

“Has anyone seen my shoes?” Mikah’s mellow voice sounded through the halls

“Where’s my make-up?!” Lexi screeched.

“Seriously, it’s that important?” Faythe questioned her twin.

“Brandy! Get out of the bathroom, I need to pee!” Nico shouted.

“No! I have to find my make-up!” Brandy yelled back.

“Silence you fools.” Ray hissed, much to my surprise. I raised a brow, or at least tried to while half of my face was being smothered into my pillow.

I froze when I heard a voice dangerously close to me. “Hey… is she dead?” A voice chuckled in a hushed tone.

“No, she was just born with that face…” The other voice replied cheekily.

I opened my eyes to see the annoying twins hovering over my peacefully sleeping figure.

“Leo! Loosh! Get out of my room!” I yelled groggily, throwing the pillow that was once holding my head comfortably towards their general direction.

“SHE LIVES!” They laughed as they ran out of my room acting like a bunch of kindergarteners.

“Idiots…” I rolled out of bed. Going through my daily routine was particularly slow-paced today, I felt heavy and drained but I didn’t know why. Probably low blood pressure, I wish I could say but, sadly, because of my constant regeneration I can never get sick, or have low blood pressure, or any other excuse for not doing something. I tied up my hair in a high pony tail, and let my side bangs fall over. Maybe I should try a different hair style from time to time… I thought as I looked in the mirror, but brushed that aside with a laugh, as if. I on my favorite jeans that were torn at the knees and a casual T-shirt, I noticed something pink on my shoulder that looked like a small mark around my shoulder. This was probably the stupid Twins and one of their little pranks again. I slid down the stair railing and made my way towards the kitchen where everyone was eating in a hurry, Faythe rushing around the kitchen preparing afterschool snack for us, her hair messy bun. “This is so good!” Loosh exclaimed. “I think I’m in love, you should be my wife, Faye.” He smirked. As I grabbed a couple of waffles and sat down, the seven of us listened closely to the interesting conversation unraveling before us.

“Lucian Bennagale, are you proposing to me?” She teased, wiping her hands clean from washing the dishes. Leo punched his twin in the shoulder, “Do it right, damn it! You don’t propose with a half eaten pancake!” “Whoo! Get on one knee!” Brandy cheered, causing me to choke on my waffle. Lexi was in a fit of giggles watching her twin be romanced by a well know skirt chaser. Loosh abandoned his pancake and kneeled before Faythe, she gave him her hand and he grasped it lightly, he looked up to the raven haired girl with a playful grin in which she mirrored “Faythe Deramore, I fell in love with your cooking the moment I tasted your homemade tarts, will you take my hand in marriage?” Loosh spoke dramatically. She put a finger to her chin and pretended to think for a moment, “Sure, why not?” Everyone cheered as he stood up before I spoke with a big grin on my face, “Now,” I gathered everyone’s attention, “Now kiss.” I slowly brought my index to my thumb to emphasize my words, leading to a collection of gasps around the room before Brandy, Lex, and Leo started cheering, “Kiss her! Kiss her!” I stood by Mikah and Ray as the three kept on cheering, noticing Ray look up from the book she was so engrossed in just moments ago, she was now watching the two closely, a small sign of a smile brightened her features that were always void of any emotion. Taking notice to this, Mikah and I chuckled; everyone in this group was always high spirited, no matter the great differences we all had. I love these guys.
