Jaileen's POV
I should have seen this coming. I shouldn't have let her leave the flat.
"Dang it" I mumbled hitting my head on the back of the banister. Mum was going to be furious with me.
"JAI SUPPER'S READY" I heard Evan call.
"BE RIGHT DOWN EVAN"I shouted.
I quickly scribbled down a message to mum and sent my cream colored barn owl to mum.
Mum had made me incharge of Evan and now she was found out by and old geezer wizard. I always knew I had rubbish for luck but I didn't think this much.
I got away from the windowsill and made my way downstairs.
"Hm... Smells good Ev" I said smelling the delicious aroma wafting up the stairs from the kitchen.
"Don't try to flater your way Jai. I know your hiding something."She narrowed her eyes at me. I scratched the back of my neck nervously.
"Well you see I think the guy was off his rocker Ev"I tried to send a mental message to drop the subject but the message was blocked.
Dang even when she doesn't know about her true self she is still able to protect her mind!!!! No wonder she was able to get away and manage to ward off Him.
