Just an idea thats been in my head for a few days, tell me what you think and whether it would be a good idea to start it as a story? Thanks:)
Prolouge
On the 15th March 1995, at exactly 8:43pm, Grace Thompson was brought into this world. As she left the hospital two days later, in the arms of her mother, a gold pendant lay on her neck, a gift from her grandmother. The pentant was like any ordinary jewelry, on a gold chain, miles too big for the child now, and a stone hanging in the middle. The only thing slightly unusual about the pendant was the stone infact, the blue stone in the middle being tore in half, leaving a jagged line across one side. The pendant was a thing of ledgend, passed down from generations through her father side of the family. The legend was, that this pendant was the key to finding your soulmate, the one you are searching for your whole life. Generations in the Thompson family had passed, with only one or two finding their soulmate, creating a new pendant for the children in the future.
The only question left was, could Grace be one of the lucky ones?
