Tater is my mixed breed dog. I got her in Texas, we live in Arizona. She chases her tail like any other dog and barks at strangers when they get too close, BUT she can talk. When I say talk I mean with words coming out of her mouth and not where you tell your dog to say they love you for a treat. Full on sentences come out of her. The way I found out was when she told me to shut up and get my life straighten out after a breakup. It kinda went like this.
I was in my room, crying, as you do after a breakup (unless you are a heartless person and don't care about that type of stuff), then my dog, tater pushed the door open with her snout and walked in wagging her tail wondering what I was doing. I called her over rubbing my tears away. She cuddle me and I started to cry again, Tater looked at me with her bug eyed eyes and said flat out without thinking "oh shut up and stop your crying, it's only a boy and I never even really liked him any way". At first I thought it was one of my sisters and then I looked down and Tater was awkwardly trying to get away. She then said "whoops, I mean bark bark". I screamed and threw her off of me. Tater then said "relax its not like you haven't noticed I haven't talked before". I stared at her blankly and then she realized I never really payed attention to when she talked to me. "I never knew you were the one talking to me I thought it was one of my sisters".
