~Intro~
I raced down the dark alley. The nighttime looked threatening. My breath came out in short gasps as I ran for my life.
"Please. Don't follow me." I whispered as I slowed to a stop.
Damn. How long was this alleyway?
I heard brontide in my ears. I groaned. Wonderful. That was the last thing I need right now.
As the rain began to fall, I could see flashes of lightning in the distance.
"Must. Keep. Running." I heaved as I started to run again. My legs felt like they couldn't run anymore. But I knew I could make them. I had to keep running.
Leave me alone! I screamed in my head.
Then suddenly, a match was lit about ten feet away. I skidded to a stop.
"Oh stop Baby. You can't run from us. You have to come with me now."
As the figure came closer. I gasped as I realized who it was.
